I forgot to say. My wife ordered a tostadas fire grill chicken and got a pork salad. How do you do that!!!

The face of your company Javier was a very kind man. He took the time to recommend his favorite habinaro sauce with the beef. But was worried it might be too spicy for me so he took the time to go get a sample cup and let me try it. But had a great positive attitude and was much appreciated. He is hard working and deserves a raise no matter what you are currently paying him... ???? ????
This is the grossest place I have ever gone. I got a rice bowl the chicken was not cooked all the way and the rice was hard. I picked out all the chicken hoping I could still eat some of it but 2 bites in there is no way. Don’t waste your money going there.
The staff doing the salad was very skimpy on the lettuce and the pico and also very unfriendly man taking the credit card was very unfriendly. The salad was great but the roasted vegetables were a disaster, cold, dry, and very unappealing. Florida
It was my first-ever visit to Cafe Rios. Such impeccable and personal service received from staff, especially Jesus Rodriguez! Thank you Jesus for making my first visit so memorable!
Note: the cashier was chewing gum and it was VERY obvious as she took big chews. This isn't very good presentation, sorry.
The service was good the only reason I gave a 1 star was due to giving me an old stale flower tortilla made my food horrible.
Cafe Rio lost a once loyal customer today. My wife and I ordered burritos, and they were the most dry and empty burritos we have ever had. My wife's shredded beef burrito was almost entirely just rice inside (see photo). There was only a small thin line of meat inside, a little bit of beans, and then tons of tasteless dry white rice. We paid $1.25 extra each for sauce and cheese on top (enchilada style) as well, and what a rip-off! There were only about two tablespoons of sauce on the whole thing, and no cheese! $15 per person for dry rice in a tortilla? Yeah, no thanks.
Literally hate coming to this cafe rio, I always get rushed through the line, and half of the time the order is wrong. And today they even started talking about me and my cousin right in front of us because they kept messing up and I had to keep asking them to add stuff to my salad. The attitude given to me today was just crazy. If you don’t wanna work in customer service Mr. Javier, you simply do not have to but you getting mad at me for something that wasn’t even my fault was ridiculous.
