Incredibly delicious food and drink at reasonable prices. Ingredients were fresh, food well plated, restaurant was clean and wait staff Shamus was super friendly. Highly recommend the mock tails. We got ours to go to help ward off evening heat.
Nothing bad to say! Great staff, AMAZING food. I ordered way too much and couldn't finish, but I tried my hardest lol 3 pancakes was just too much for 1 person on top of an entree. Go with 1! The strawberry and cream ones were delightful!
I’m so glad we ate breakfast here! I got the chilaquiles with salsa verde and it was delicious! My husband got the avocado toast and it was loaded with tasty ingredients and a lot of avocado. Definitely worth the price! I also got an iced latte with Mexican mocha which was unique and really good. The drink menu looked incredible so I hope to go back to try some!
Great place. Seems most popular for brunch but good for dinner also. Extensive cocktail (inc mocktail) menu. Very reasonable prices. Friendly service. Good decor. Nothing to not like.
One of my lunch time favorite spots. I get the street tacos over and over again, I can't quit them. The avocado salsa and chips are great and the skinny margarita on the rock is marvelous
I called because I had my dog and I wanted to make sure that we could eat there because they have a patio. They did not answer but they called me back immediately, which is amazing for a restaurant. I got there and could not find the patio, it is hidden in the back. The waitress was very helpful and amazing to help us find it. Food was delicious, atmosphere was great and service was amazing. I am not from there but I recommend you go. If I lived there, I would be a regular.
Delicious, AUTHENTIC Mexican cuisine. Nothing is hidden by heavy sauces (unless you request that) or hidden by mounds of shredded lettuce. This told us right away that this food is the real deal. Loved the avocado salsa with fresh from the oven hand made tortilla chips, and the street tacos were first rate. The open kitchen affords a great view of the food being prepared. Our meal was on par with any casual dining experience we had in Mexico City. This is our new "go to" restaurant for Mexican food in Hot Springs.
My entire experience at Cafe Kahlo this weekend was excellent. I devoured my Chilaquiles Verdes with the homemade corn tortillas. The muddled cilantro and lime mocktail they made for me was spectacular. (I could drink a gallon .) A group of us are planning to go back next weekend. The atmosphere is very inviting and service was impeccable.
