You will definitely miss this place as it is only open certain hours on certain days, but if you can make it there, the food is amazing!
The redfish was by far our favorite ! Drinks were good as well!
Waaaaay overpriced and food is so very mediocre. Gumbo was good, literally the only thing I ate that I found appealing. Vinyl was peeling off every chair I saw. Trying hard to be "fine dining" but failing. Server was a little tight lipped for me. I can get surly and grumpy at home, but come out to eat for good food and great service. We paid nearly the same prices for entrees at a restaurant overlooking Jackson Square in New Orleans. This place needs Gordon Ramsay immediately. This area is short on restaurants it seems, but if this is the best you can get, might be worth it to make the drive to Baton Rouge.
Love this little place! We live about an hour from it and attended my sister in laws birthday here. Excellent service, fantastic cocktails at a very reasonable price, & superb food. I plan on traveling again from New Iberia to Morgan City just to eat here.
Martinis special only $5! I believe it runs from Thursday to Friday. It was delicious I had the mango flavor. For dinner I had the ravioli special and it was so warm and flavorful. The sauce drizzled on top was amazing.
For dessert we had the cheesecake and rum cake.
Had an absolutely amazing dinner here! The stuffed ribeye was perfect ???? The seafood crepe and the seafood bread were both incredibly delicious!
Love this place, go here every time we come thru Morgan City on a boat delivery. It's the high light of our day.
Good food, good people.
This place is nice for the area, good quality food. Their Menu does not change, neither does their desert selection...the Special is always the Seafood Ravioli and the Vegetable of the day is always green beans (out of a can) that are closer to gray than green. Plates are cold, as such your sauce gets cold, the meals get cold. The Service is good, but way too slow, seems they pride themselves on their extended service way too much. Do yourself a favor, and sit at the Bar and order, you will get much better service and you will receive your food in a timely manner. If not plan on a 2-3 hour meal. They nees to change their dinner menu, as it has not changed in over 3 years!! There is a TV near the bar, which seems tacky compared to the class of service they are trying to put on.
Love love love! Great food, excellent service, and I liked the warm, cozy atmosphere. If you're ever in town, swing by!
