Cafe de Blaire is a hidden gem in downtown St. Louis. My husband and I ordered caramel machiatto and found this to be finely balanced medium to strong coffee. The kids ordered the handmade ice cream in waffle cones. The ice cream is super creamy and delicious. Kids (and adults) loved it. The staff is fast and friendly. Prices were reasonable and budget friendly. Definitely recommended!
Great Little, find in downtown St. Louis. Excellent coffee, oatmeal, and breakfast sandwich. They also gave us free samples of their homemade ice cream. Staff is super friendly and service was fantastic. Close to the arch and also the convention center. Highly recommend.
I am super happy I found a local coffee place while in St Louis. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I had some local St. Louis goofy butter cake which was new to me and at the same time delicious ???? I recommend you give it a try if around.
The most delicious iced caramel macchiato and most fantastic gooey butter cake (highly recommend having the apple pie ice cream with the cake; prepared with caramel with a sprinkle of cinnamon). We tried a couple of gooey butter cakes and loved this one the most. Wonderful flavors of ice cream too. Will be back!
I had a great experience here. I went for a late breakfast/brunch. I tried an iced latte with oatmilk (they have flavors available) and a taro tea with boba (also with oatmilk). Both were great! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant for someone else and they said it was delicious. The young cashier was so pleasant and helpful. This cafe accepts tap to pay for card or phone. Order was prepared quickly and I was on my way. Thank you!
My wife and I came to St. Louis for a wedding and wanted coffee the morning after. We love finding small family owned businesses to visit so we gave this place a try. One of the best decisions ever. The muffins, awesome, the coffee delicious, the bacon egg and cheese croissant, amazing. However, the best part of all, we were just sitting down minding our own business and the owner starts offering us free samples of their ice cream. She makes it herself and it’s her own recipes. The most interesting one was the mango habanero it was the most pleasant surprise ever and I wish we had a place like this in Grand Rapids. 10/10 would come again.
Folks were so nice! Very welcoming, accommodating to vegetarian customers and overall very sweet and nice folks!! Would recommend!! I got a Carmel latte and a bacon,egg,cheese, croissant!! ????
We almost didn't go to this place because it didn't look like they had very many flavors. We were really glad we did because it's some of the best homemade ice cream we've ever had. Two thumbs up for the strawberry. My son appreciated the creative flavors- strawberry jalapeno. Owner operated and really made us feel appreciated for stopping in. Our only complaint was the prices seemed a little high.
