Stellar service from Sally. This place is so inviting and comfortable. Nice touches like hooks under the tables to hang your purse and fresh flowers at each table.
In my search for italian cuisine, we visited Cafe AL Frasco at Dunedin FL. To our surprise, the menu was diverse and had Thao food, curry, and other well-known American dishes. My fiancee had the curry chicken, and it had him sweating. I ordered the crabcakes and sweat potato fries, and my friend had the pomodoro pasta with chicken. We all had something very different, and it all was flavorful and very fresh. Portions are big. They also had a nice variety of desserts that included pies, cakes, and boozy ice cream. The service was great, and our server explained everything well. She even used a tablet to show the dessert choices. If you are in the area, this is a nice place to go.
Can't say enough good things about this place! Chicken Curry was amazing with fresh veggies, great flavors, and the perfect spice. Mahi was very fresh and good. Service was outstanding and accommodating for my disabled father in law. Will be back to try more dishes for sure!

Cute little restaurant in the heart of downtown Dunedin, indoor and outdoor seating over looking Pinellas trail. Brunch was excellent. The corned beef hash is fresh made in house and absolutely delicious. We had french toast, it was also great. Highly recommend
I had the special tonight. Pan seared very large scallops in a lemon butter sauce over risotto with spinach and tomato. It was absolutely delicious and as good as any dish I have had in very expensive restaurants. What I love about this place is that there is something for everyone. You can have a gourmet meal or a hamburger and fries. Service is great!
Cafe Alfresco is one of the best places to eat in Dunedin. It’s my favorite place down here by a landslide. Portions are generous and the dessert is AMAZING.
It’s about $15 a person average without apps, Italian food and a few other cuisine choices. Everything I’ve had was delicious.
10/10 no debate, eat here!
Every single item I've tried here is incredible!! Service is also on par with the tasty food. I have family that visits from the out west (US) and they LOVE visiting this restaurant when in town. Dunedin is a beautiful place and Cafe Alfresco adds to the appeal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
