Best WLM Reviews
Service with flair and a smile. Great attention to detail! We came at the low about 2:30pm and half the place to almost ourselves. Fresh fast friendly service we have come to enjoy. I got the lobster bisque WOW a must try. I also tried the BBQ Porto sandwich which was delicious. My wife got the south west bowl. The combination of chicken and veggies not to spice but just spicy enough. She loved it!
First timer here. After seeing an Instagram post, I decided to try Zupas. I downloaded the app and ordered a Korean Bowl - easy peasy. It was ready, 8 minutes later while I waited in the parking lot.
Took it home and enjoyed every bite. I'll be back soon! Thank you!
Entire staff was very kind. I spoke with an employee I recognized from the other store where she had worked for 15 years. She is still very kind and customer service oriented! She said she also helps prep food in the morning. No wonder the food is so fresh and delicious! We are telling people about this place and will continue to come back ????????
Employees are a 10/10, they’re always so nice and patient!
The food is perfect and delicious, a classic Wisconsin cauliflower + egg noodles will always be my go to, but I swear I can’t not have those sandwiches, too delicious????
Zupas is so stingy with their salad toppings. Their mango berry is so good but a large is $11.00 and you’ll get two handfuls of lettuce 1 strawberry cut into fourths, 6 blueberries—if you are lucky and 1/2 Tablespoon of mango cut into tiny squares. See the photos. Mostly you just get lettuce.
I think they should stop giving out chocolate covered strawberries or whatever sweet treat they give out and add some toppings on their salads.
Food seemed like it was thrown into the bag. I'm not trying to act like a Karen but the Zupas employees could probably try harder and do better.
I imagine the food would actually be really good and we got people on a off day. They ran out of rice and my husband begged them to scrape whatever they could into my bowl. When the server made my bowl (as well as my husband and daughter's salad), she'd put only 2 or 3 pieces of each veggie on it. For me, the taste of the dressing was good, but there really wasn't much in it. Again, I think it was an off day and I would probably try it again. I think my husband liked his sandwich.
I'm loving their new protein bowls. I keep coming back for the Nourish bowl. It is packed with all things healthy and all things tasty!
I love this location as it's new, clean and not packed.
