April was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about how to properly cut curly hair, and really made my curls pop. I came in with hair that didn't know what to do with itself, and left with perfect curls. Beautiful!

I have never met someone so passionate & hardworking as Trent! He always does such an amazing job. I drive all the way from Baton Rouge to see him because I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. I have very long, thick hair & am always coming in with some new fashion color idea and Trent is always eager to take on the challenge. He always goes above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend. :)

I trust Macy without hesitation to cut and color my hair as she has an inherent talent that is really rare - if I tell her how much time I have, products and tools I am willing to use, etc. and how often I can come in, she will create a look that will work for me every day and not just on the days I can get a blowout. This is important to me as I cannot stand a cut that only “works” when it’s professionally done. I always leave feeling confident no matter if it’s a cut, color, or makeup application.

I went to April to get a deva cut, and it was a horrible experience. She complained about my hair the whole time. She told me to come with my hair styled then complained about the products I used. I could tell she and her coworkers were making remarks behind my head, and I just felt like she was so unprofessional. I left with wet hair, and she didn’t dry it to make sure the cut even looked right. I will not be back. People couldn’t tell I even got a cut. I sent April how long my hair was before even booking and if she wasn’t knowledgeable on how to go about cutting it she shouldn’t have took me. I ended up having to travel to New Orleans to get my hair cut fixed.

I had my hair appointment scheduled for weeks. I was driving from an hour and a half away and was about 20 minutes away when the salon called to cancel my appointment that was in one hour. Trent called the salon and said he wouldn’t be going back to the salon for the rest of the afternoon. I explained that I was driving from out of town and that I was almost there. The receptionist was just like sorry, Do you want to reschedule?? I don’t ever post bad reviews, but I had this planned for weeks and missed work. Wasted my time and my gas.
