My rice was cold and hard, chicken was slightly burnt the crab ragoon was good
The best tripe and fush sandwich in St.louis
My main complaint is they only take cash! I rarely if ever carry cash. I use my debit card for 99% of my purchases. It’s an inconvenience for me to stop at the bank for cash just to get an order of rice. They’ve lost my business and I liked their food!
Haven't eaten here in a while but you can't go wrong ordering plain fried rice and gravy ????
I ordered a tripe. I asked for it to be cooked extra soft. He said he can make it soft but thats it. So when I get home and eat my food I can tell it double dipped. Meaning they cooked it before but not all the way and cooked it again once someone placed an order for it. I came a long distance to get the tripe because they use to cook it like I asked. I haven’t been there in about 3 years because I don't really it that much anymore. I won't be going back.
The Gizzards were cooked in old cooking oil they need to change it more often. They also need to start having long pork (strips) on the menu therefore these issues give them a poor rating they do enough business to do a lot better
My chicken fried rice was good.
Absolutely love it, The Best In St. Louis . For 25 years, every time we come home, they are one of our first stops..The Ham St. Paul is off the chain..
