love them here! had to bring my car here twice and they did an amazing job. One time I brought my car for the starter and my car didn’t want the starter they put it so they had it towed and fixed for free. Even if something out of their control happens they help you out instead of leaving you hanging. Always have amazing communication and the ladies at the front desk will always tell you how it is and don’t waste your time. I always have Keith as my mechanic and he always does good work. Highly recommended!
My whole family has been using C R's automotive since they have been in business. I completely trust them to all our vehicles needs. I have known the family my whole life, they are honest and have always taken care of our vehicles. I am so glad they are a home grown business because i would rather support our local businesses. Thank you again for taking care of my family's vehicle's. You guys ROCK.
I can actually tell you I was not satisfied with the work. I had them do major work on my Ford F150 and spent thousands. After bringing the truck back to them at least four times they could never fix it right. The only explanation that I got was, I had old equipment and they could not figure it out. The front desk workers are Friendly, but you just can’t trust the work.
Called them to ask if they could re-calibrate my steering angle sensor. Said they could but it would be an hour of work and they would charge me 100$. Complete scam. Simple sensor resets and calibrations take 5 min and don’t require any real labor. I chose to buy my own OBD tool of Amazon that is marketed to calibrate my SAS for 60$. Would’ve have rather supported a local business and save some money but now I have a tool for future repairs and maintenance and saved 40$. If this shop is willing to overcharge on extremely simple work imagine how they will scam you when something is important. I feel like every other mechanic you run into is a POS, skip this one and go to the next for better luck.
My father brought in his truck and a car part he got from Car Parts. The replaced it with their part instead of calling my father first. They told him the reasoning was the car part that he brought in didn’t fit when the car part was still in its original packaging, not even opened, and my dad, even double checked with car parts to make sure it was the right part they charged him for the labor, and the part without even calling to ask First when my dad asked about it, the owner told my father either you pay the damn money or we keep the damn truck. They were very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place.
Old lady in the front is kind of rude and gives attitude. I’m 18 and just bought my first car that needs work. I had done the whole
process by myself and when I asked questions they weren’t really answered and I was given attitude. Would not recommend unless you know about cars and are familiar with auto repair shops
I needed help with a lightbulb on the top of my truck, I went to a different shop aim Keller, they charged me a fortune and could not figure out the issue. O Reillys suggested I come here and I’m so glad I did. The young man figured it out in 5 mins & didn’t charge me. SUCH nice people!!!
They replace parts without calling you first and I'm still having the same issue with my car as I did before taking it to them! Their communication sucks and the repair guy named Keith just guesses on the issue with your car! They used to be really good but I'm guessing they have new mechanics working there now . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
