Best WLM Reviews
CP& T is a great place to take your car for service, they have been servicing my car for years. The mechanics there are honest, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I took my car there 1/4/24 met Ibrahima who was very pleasant and professional, I got an excellent car service. I loved how I got an update of every problem they found while serving my car and options that were available to fix it. My car is running great, and was very pleased when the owner Peter reached out to me today and asked how the car was running ????. These guys are passionate at what they do and are a great asset to the city of Lowell.
Very satisfied with the service provided, (oil change, front struts, front links). This shop is very honest. They create vehicle profiles and also sends a digital link of everything they checked. Its color coded so I know what is most important to fix first. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone that needs an honest mechanic. THANKS!!
I have been going to CPT for a few years.
I have had front and rear brakes done. I had toxic smell coming from my car, Which they found, removed. I had another mechanic, but didn't like. So bring my car just to CPT now. Friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service still exists there.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I love the service here. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic as a girl and I’ve never felt that they were trying to screw me over. They are always very practical and work fast. The prices are some of the most fair of anyone in the area. I also love the auto inspection link they send with photos and quotes included so I can plan for future repairs my car will need.
Amazing customer service, highly recommend.. thank you Peter! You guys rock!!
Pretty good so far. They have changed ownership and I have had a pretty good experience with them. Dropped the car off to do a inspection and they txted me ASAP when the job was done. They have also replaced a tire and the had the same quality service. In fact I will be going in to put on a new set of tires in preparation for wintry roads.
Super nice people and really quick car service
Unexpected amazing service… I had to bring a Econoline van to his shop for steering issues… He ordered the part estimated the time and was able to get the vehicle fixed well before schedule time. I can’t recommend this shop enough- 5 stars for sure!
