Easy in & out, lots of merchandise to choose from and it's my grand-daughter's go to beauty supply store. Friendly staff and organized.
So. I visit C&P Elvis Presley regularly. Nice atmosphere and good products. I go in and have a good communication with owners, workers and everything. I get lace fronts and one of the owners Chu told me while she was cutting my lace that she cuts good, but really don't like cutting the lace. The reason she told me this is bc the 2 times that she did cut my lace she rushed through it and i had to ask for her to go back and straighten it out.. (she didn't like it) so, this one time that i needed a lace cut she was busy and another worker(ik her name but can't spell it) was told to cut it. She did an Excellent job. Perfection on the first cut. From then on, i would say to Chu "you're fired from cutting my lace", she would laugh along w/her husband and we would go on. Well, hunty i got a lace the other night and was looking for the young lady(she was off) and i asked Chu could i come back tomorrow to have her cut my lace and she said yes, then i jokingly said to her, "yk you're fired from cutting my lace" and we laughed When i went in the next day, she wanted to reprimand me like I'm a child, telling me a customer asked her why did i say that(really) I told her we joke and now you're in your feelings. She was upset very upset... She asked me my age...lol she thought i was this young girl(i do look young) i told her I'm 55 & grown just as she is. She gonna say I'm 60(annnd) i told her let's just stop talking this is a no nonsense problem, just let me get my lace cut and me & my money want be back.. this location was just a convenience bc it's in the neighborhood, but i have transportation and I don't mind traveling to get great customer service... Me, my money & my jokes will be leaving, don't start joking if you're gonna get in your feelings ✌????
I love coming in this store. Chuchu and Billy are always greeting you when you walk in. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in there also. Chu Chu is very friendly and a delight to talk to. I've witnessed some of the customers come in and be very rude and disrespectful for no other reason other than her race, not knowing she is just like us and can be a real big help with meeting their needs if allowed. This is the only beauty supply that I go to and will continue to go to. Excellent customer service and very hardworking as they are always there from open to closing I missed them when they left for a while but so glad they are back!
For a guy like me, this store is easily on my personal top 5 list. It has everything that man needs, from facial soaps to oils and do-rags.
For females, everything, including the top-notch wigs you need.
Will recommend this store to the next person.
Store was clean and organized. Very good price for wigs on sale. However, owner is extremely rude. Don't know if I'll ever come back.
Was there with my daughter. An older Korean (?) lady asked if we needed help. Daughter said yes, but explained she was waiting on the girl at the register. (The real reason she didn't want her help was because she knows nothing about black hair care.)
The lady then got an attitude and said, "Well I'm the owner. You don't want my help? You want her to leave the register to help you?
I am the owner and I order everything here, but you don't want my help? Oh okay, I'll go to the register then. " She walked away angrily saying something in Korean (?). VERY RUDE.
I noticed many others have mentioned the "owner's" attitude. Sad she won't or can't adjust for her client base.
Great beauty supply store, I been going here for 35 yrs. Nice prices, great deals, and I still go here today, they all are great people that work there and this is the only beauty supply store that I been going too for over 35 yrs. Great place.

I always have a good experience when shopping at this location. Chu Chu and her husband are very kind. Its important to have a good reputation and respect for yourself and others when you conduct business. I love the environment and selection and the cleanliness of the store. Some people come in being disrespectful and that is a reflection of who they are not the business. The staff is very helpful.
