Came for a wheel alignment because one of my tires was wearing unevenly. It appears that these folks are good at what they do but how do you rate the quality of an alignment? I'll know as my tires wear, I guess. The only reason that I am deducting one star is because of the cost. My car didn't need any parts but the alignment was $187, which is above the normal cost for an alignment. Will I go back for other repairs? Maybe, but next time I will get an estimate first.

I contacted C&D Automotive after a coworker's referral. Located locally, they were immediately accommodating to my vehicle's needs and professionally took care of me. The facility staff are courteous and understanding and are good people. My vehicle had multiple issues that were not necessarily connected yet they were able to revive it despite being towed in; dead on arrival. Their work involved wiring harness replacements, seals and gaskets, air filters, and alternator generator fixes. They quickly diagnosed the problems and immediately started repairs. I have enjoyed their business and will gladly come back to see them again in the future. I am so glad to have discovered an honest business that considers their customers without deceit. Thank you all so much for your great work. I hope that others will come to realize the same service that I have experienced. Awesome people, awesome job.

In a last minute trip to Madisonville to pick up a dump trailer i had a major trip interuption. As soon as i got into town i had a brake, steering and electrical issue. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to get me up and running as soon as possible. The friendliness and hospitality they showed was reassuring that i had picked the right place for my repairs. Even when one of the parts failed, they made sure i was taken care of. It truely made the trip less stressful.

While the courtesy and promptness were greatly appreciated. Being charged 1.2 labor hours for 30 minutes or less, of work seems quite excessive. I supplied a fuel and an air filter to be changed. So only needed the labor. Sure leaves a bad taste, when from out of town.

The wonderful family who owns this shop deserves all the praises in the world. They are so kind and helped me out when I was stranded hours from home with a broke down car. They stayed far past closing time on a Friday evening and drove all over Texas to get the right parts that would get me back on the road the same day. They are knowledgeable and make you feel like family. I can’t recommend them enough! Don’t hesitate to bring your car here. They’ll take great care of you!!

The best auto repair shop hands down! I only recommend C&D! Cindy is very nice and Darell always gets me fixed up quickly and back on the road! I have peace of mind driving across the country for work knowing my car is safe and reliable. I was told about this place and will continue to use C&D. Thank you!!!

I left my car with these people to check out potential problems. The mechanic said that my oil pan gasket needed replacing. I removed my oil pan, and the gasket was perfectly fine. He said that my catalytic converters were bad. They were perfectly fine. He said that the flex couplings were bad. They were perfectly fine. The woman was quite rude. I do not recommend them!

Was coming into town for a weekend visit when I abruptly lost the alternator in my truck period called ahead to check on Parts availability and turn around, and I was encouraged to not worry and just bring the truck by. Not only what's the stash incredibly welcoming, they absolutely treated me like family including giving me a lift to Legend's Steakhouse to meet up with the rest of my party. 10/10 would return again without hesitation.
