Terry was very helpful and helped us understand the problems we were having with our Honda Accord. After visiting a different repair shop in town and they did not fix the problems he made us feel confident in our decision to use C3 to get the job done right. His prices are reasonable and he gets the job done in a reasonable time frame. C3 is the first place I will go from now on when I have car troubles.

Terry is amazing. He's fair in priceb guarantees his work, and does awesome work. He can repair just abput everything on every make and model. Our cars only come here for engine problems. I promise you he won't talk over your head and you will have a great experience.

Too busy to help. 2 week wait. Nice people.

I left with more problems with my vehicle than when I brought it to them. They didn't even resolve the initial issue I had. They kept saying "next week" only for nothing to get done and they had it for months. They claimed that they had fixed it, which it wasn't, then said it was my fault it wasn't working. It ran when I brought it to them, but didn't even start when I got it back. I was still charged for it being "fixed". Then they were very rude to me and tried to intimidate me when I came to reclaim my vehicle!

Terry is very reasonable and very honest. I've been taking my vehicles to him for over 20 years. No complaints what so ever

Tried to call, but kept getting hung up on. Wouldnt make a big deal about it if it didn't happen 3 times in a row. And it wasn't a call being dropped . it was an answer and hang up kind of thing .

Great and honest service with fair prices and very dependable work. 537k miles of maintenance and service and still running strong.

Bad experience, unfair practice involving price, time vehicles are in shop and invoicing.
