Best WLM Reviews
I take back my previous review.
Previously, I gave the creamery five stars. The ice cream is incredible, the store and storefront are well set up, the atmosphere is lively without attracting the rude young adults with no manners and I love their original BYU foods.
But, I recently came here to try the burger. I asked for bacon and guacamole and it was extra. As I received my order, I was INFURIATED that one small spread of guacamole was the "extra" guacamole that they spoke of.
I don't know if the workers have it out for me or if this is the standard amount of "extra" guacamole you're supposed to give. But, this is absolutely ridiculous.
Never coming back here again. If you're a self-respecting person who enjoys quality customer service, don't come to the creamery and put yourself through the horrible customer service they offer.
There are many ice cream choices here although they were out of some of their seasonal flavors that day. I enjoyed a banana split and my husband enjoyed a milk shake. I would recommend trying out the Graham Canyon, and there is now a chocolate version of the flavor too! So yummy!
We came mostly for the milkshakes but decided to get lunch while we were there. It’s a small, student run, shop. They have a grill and the creamery with ice cream.
The grill features standard grill fare from burgers, to corn dogs, to chicken tenders. They have fries and onion rings. Prices are pretty reasonable.
The creamery is locally made and the ice cream is pretty good. I got a milkshake made with campfire cookie and really enjoyed it. It’s traditional ice cream, not soft serve.
The service left much to be desired. When I gave my order the sigh that the worker gave was so audible it was almost comical.
That being said, the food is pretty good so I tolerate the college employees.
My favorite ice cream of all time. Perfectly creamy and flavorful. The graham canyon and mint brownie flavors are two of the best.
Do not leave Provo without a double bacon cheeseburger from the Creamery. Just another great reason to visit provo... and don't forget the delicious ice cream. Wow!
If you’re visiting Provo, don’t miss out on BYU Creamery ice cream. They’ve got a variety of flavors. My favorites are Fluffernutter and Graham Canyon. Also try the BYU Creamery chocolate milk. They make a cookies and cream chocolate milk that’s fantastic!
Though I was a student here years ago, I could never afford to eat here. Brought my son to college and ate here, and was quite surprised. The burgers were big and really quite tasty. Ice cream was delicious. The line though was out the door and it did take quite a while to get the food.
The grocery store is expensive, but very convenient and no travel time required to go to a larger store.
Fun college experience! Mainly get the ice cream and it is phenomenal! Very creamy ice cream and creative flavors. I always love Graham Canyon as in California we don’t really have Graham flavored ice cream like Utah does.
