I was on my way to my dad’s viewing when my spare tire blew out. I was able to get to the viewing but I still ended up needing to get the car towed, and so I had it towed to Buzzy’s. It was a Saturday, so it was closed. On the following Monday, He had put on a basically brand new tire for a generous price. Just because of the kind gesture during a difficult time for me, I will now be bringing my car to Buzzy’s when I need something done. He’s a great guy and the lady at the front desk is very kind as well.
Customer service, quality of work, and EVERYONE on staff take the utmost pride in the work and services they provide.
If you are a business, they are the prime place in the greater Pittsburgh area.
They maintain my entire fleet, and keep me WANTING to still drive my Ford 450 14' box truck at well over 200k mi.
Plus, you can actually talk to Buzzy (in Buzzy's Tire & Auto Services)
I can't say enough good things about this place! Buzzy is a super nice guy and knows his stuff. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. He got my vehicle in and out in one day! 2 thumbs up!!
Upfront pricing paired with quick service and honest mechanics results in a great experience! Love this shop, will definitely come again :)
Buzzy is such an amazing guy & has an even greater shop. Honest, quick & efficient. I have taken all of my cars here since I started driving and highly trust their work. Dustin in the garage is a great knowledgeable mechanic with over 30 years of experience and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend Buzzy’s Tire and Auto!
I was referred to Buzzy’s by great friends of mine. They took my car the day I stopped by and were very courteous and polite. The car was in need of mufflers and under body work. Their pricing and work performed was excellent. Glad to have finally found an honest and great auto shop. Thanks Buzzy
Exceptional knowledge of automobiles. Owner & staff, care about their clients! I feel safe every time I drive away after service. Thankful & greatful every time
They did the job, and they did it well, but they returned my car smelling like someone smoked multiple cigarettes in it. I do not smoke, none of my family smoke and my car is fairly new, well-taken care of, and never had anyone with anything more smelly than themselves in it.
The owner told me that their mechanics are not allowed to smoke inside the vehicles, but the fact that I couldn't get the smell out of my vehicle out for multiple weeks is a problem.
The quality of the work was fine, but the fact that I had to work multiple hours to get the smell out of my vehicle afterwards is not worth it and I will not be returning.
