I've been here many times, but this one was REALLY BAD. Cassidee was our waitress. Clearly, she was either having a horrible day, or it was the end of her shift. Either way, service was scarse. Once our food was delivered, she avoided our table like we had the plague! Now for the food, or what there WAS of it. Hashbrowns looked like someone sat on them. the wrong burger was brought out, and forbid me for wanting jam for my toast! Trying to get bbq sauce or a to go box was like pulling teeth (2 employees and 15 minutes)! Our bill came to around $80 ... do employees not realize that what customers spend has a direct impact on their paycheck anymore??
We are actually still in the restaurant before leaving I wanted this review out there. Service was horrible! Julia you should be attentive to your tables. We sat there for 25 minutes before getting food brought to table not once did you check on us. We received more attention from you when we were leaving than any other time. The young woman that brings food out took care of our needs. Awful service, okay food.
We enjoyed eating at this Buzz Inn so much we ate there 4-5 times a week. The servers were exceptional!! The food outstanding! I'm not sure what happened since last week ????. We went in last night. They didn't appear to be overly busy but there was quite a wait, and only one server. I had never seen that waitress before so she must be new and slow. We didn't stay. Needless to say our favorite place was like a nightmare ????. We won't be going back to this restaurant.
My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday. We have never been to any of the Buzz Inns. Our food was decent, however the waitress brought us the wrong food, even after confirming our order twice. We both got different items than we ordered, but both items were good, just not what we ordered. Maybe someday we’ll give it another shot. I’d say it was right in the middle.
Delicious Hot food served in a timely manner great atmosphere. Great waitresses here. Great job ladies. They have big screen t.v.s all over the walls. Full bar and lots of indoor dining. Great place to bring your family and friends!!!! 1/2 price on appetizers 3-6p.m. make sure to check your receipt for 1/2 price.
Walked into the restaurant, stood looking up kk kk at the menu above the cash register for 10 minutes before a lady said “ she’ll be with you in a minute” I súaid perfect and waited another 6-8 minutes before I was asked how many-? Told the lady I wanted to order a togo item, she then says ohh okay let me get the hostess ( mind you she needed to get the girl that told me 20 minutes ago “someone will be right with you”) finally she comes just to grab someone to help her with the register because she didn’t know how to work it. UNBELIEVABLE….. finally 45 minutes later I walked out with my food just to take it home and have a completely different order that I paid for… I wasn’t even gonna take the risk and go back…. But completely UN-satisfied with the food but what was worse than that was the customer service. Other times the food and service are outstanding but this place has been going Downhill FAST
My family and I went out to dinner, we had the joy of being helped by our server (Desirae). She was cheerful and friendly.
Made our dinner that much better with her bright personality. Definitely one of my best dining out experiences. Five stars for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Buzz Inn Steakhouse is a North Puget sounds chain that's also part Northwest dinner as well. Breakfast is served all day, as well as lunch and dinner options available after a particular hour.
The chicken fried steak and eggs, bigfoot size, I got was done to perfection, and was every bit delicious as I hoped it would be. The portion sizes are more than generous and there's a chance it's more than you're going to eat all at once.
I've come to this location more than a couple times now, so I can say that it's been consistent each time I have been there. The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star is, I just haven't tried much else off the menu, so it's possible that there's thing's that aren't so great, otherwise I'd definitely recommend this place,at least this location.
