Great breakfast place!
Only thing that could have made our meat lovers omelets better was real Swiss cheese on the top instead of processed. The country Benedict was spot on and so were the waffles served with the strawberries & whipped cream on the side so it wasn't soggy.
Our server was very nice and had great timing.
The lady was nice at the desk.
But I literally just ordered a side salad to go, explaining to the gal how I had a bag salad at work and all the lettuce had gone bad. I had all the fixings for my salad, just needed lettuce really. $7.43 and $2 tip ....for a small handful of lettuce.... That looks like this. Gross!
Very disappointed.
My wife and I split the 4pc fried chicken basket. It was excellent. I had the coleslaw and we shared the fries We ordered a Raspberry Donut Cheesecake and a Chocolate Peanut butter Cake for dessert. Both really good.
I consistently get great food at this location and find the entire chain a safe bet every time.
This is a charming steakhouse the temp inside is a bit balmy for my tastes but if you like it warm this is the place for you. The decor is pseudo rustic. Prices are a little high perhaps for my liking but the portions are fairly decent all things considered. I only had desert but the food I saw others have was good looking. My desert was lovely just the right balance of sweet and salty served in a hot skillet sizzling with ice cream on top to cool it down. 10/10 recommend this place for a good dining experience my server was Candy she was lovely, great at conversation, very observant, and checked on me just enough to be professional but not enough to be overbearing. It was superb service. I'm just sorry I didn't have money for a bigger tip. Honestly a wonderful place with wonderful people!
Wow, I didn't realize they had a happy hour 3-6pm with half prize appetizers, AMAZING!! Everything we had was delicious. Server was lovely. They had clear partitions between booths & some tables closed for social distancing.
This place is a great alternative when you're craving the comfort food of Applebee's but you want better food at only a slightly higher price.
The service was perfect! I feel like you can best see how well a place runs by when they make mistakes and how they own up to them and we weren't even bothered by the mistake that was made last night but the server wanted us to feel valued and gave us half off the plate in question before we even had a chance to react.
The server was very kind, personable, professional and obviously experienced in her job. This makes me feel like management values their staff and does what is necessary to keep good people around :) I hope I am correct about this!
I have also been to one other Buzz Inn Steakhouse and it gave me a very different impression. The other Buzz Inn made me feel unwelcome, and the atmosphere felt like it was on its path to another dead restaurant. However, this location was full of energy, happy people, who felt relaxed, and staff that seemed very happy.
Please give them a try, even if other Buzz Inns have disappointed you, it was well worth the risk we took going here, and we will be coming back again!
Very good experience, I've been to this location a few times and they have never disappointed. Service is fast, food is hot, and the staff is friendly.
The restaurant is a little old thus the old vibe but I like it kind of a vintage feel. The place is clean only downfall for me is bad lighting in the main dining room but they could have just had the lights turned down. The restrooms were very clean and in good standing condition. They have a very good sized bar with good drink specials and again the bar service has always been very prompt here.! Overall a good place to get a drink and a bite to eat would highly recommend.

And that's tragic. Homey spot with superbly friendly staff. My brother fell in love with the Buttermilk Pie, so our waitress write the recipe down for him. After our first visit, we planned on stopping by daily for a meal, because it was _that good_.
