Great shop, made sure my car was in tip top shape, even added 2 inches to my peepee would recommend.
Excellent group of people at this shop. They are caring, kind, and go above and beyond to help their customers. Highly recommend this business for all your car repair needs.
The biggest shout out to Busted Knuckle, and Calvin especially! I locked my keys in my car in the shopping center across the street, came to them panicked and Calvin got his tools and didn't even hesitate to walk back across the street with me and get into my car to get my keys out. Thank you so so much! I will absolutely recommend your business.
My husband went to have our oil changed. The man working there told us that we needed new brakes, and since our vehicle was a 2018 we could not reuse the calipers so we would have to get new ones along with brakes asap because we only had 10% life left on the back and 30% on the front. Long story short he quoted us $850.00. We called around to other HONEST places and every one of them told us that they had never heard that before and it was not true. We bought new brake pads and took our car to a friend to put them on for us and he said it was not urgent at all and we still had 30% life left on the rear and 60% left on the front. This is the first bad review I have ever put online in my life. We are missionaries and we volunteer at a Christian decipleship program for addicts so we don't have a huge income. I prayed so hard for the Lord to provide a way for us to get our brakes fixed. Thank God we know to always call around and check for something more affordable. I wonder how many people have trusted this man and have been taken advantage of. I couldn't rest tonight without leaving an HONEST review. I pray the Lord changes your heart. Thank you for changing our oil.

I know he went to your shop. I know it is right by O reilley because you were kind enough to allow my husband to go next door to buy his oil and change his oil for 20$ which is very reasonable and I appreciate that part of the business we received.
First experience with the guys at Busted knuckle, Jay, Larry, Calvin, was great. They even came and got my car and brought it back to me. You don’t see that every day.
My second experience with Busted knuckle, I took my company car into them for breaks. They told me I needed rotors and brakes on the back, but they were honest and told me the front brakes were perfect and didn’t need anything.
They also gave me a ride home and brought my car to me when they were done.
My third experience with the guys at Busted knuckle, I needed new boots and axles on my front end. They gave me a quote.
So I called my brother-in-law and let him look at the paperwork they quoted me. My brother-in-law’s been a mechanic for 50 years. He said the guys at Busted knuckles were right on the money.
So I got the work done. They came and picked up my truck in the morning and had it back home by 2o’clock that day. all is well.
My fourth experience with Busted knuckle? The tailgate on my Silverado has been broke for four years. I took it to them. They fix it ., BOOM back on my truck.
I come from a car family. Dragsters on my mom and my dads side of the family. I know a bit about cars.
These guys are hard-working, honest men I would recommend over and over and over !
I forgot about my oil change somewhere in between all of this good service I got my oil changed also lol happy trails

Dude is shaddy. Charges for parts they never put on. I have a video of the worker admitted they didn't put the 259$ part on as he held it in his hand 2 weeks later on video. Jay karma. My vehicle runs worse after taking it there. He said he wanted my blower. Obviously he took it. Swap out your parts for lower value parts. Dude is a punk. YOU JUST ADMITTED WHAT I SAID PUBLICLY! I told you this place is shady! JAY THE OWNER PUBLICLY ADMITTED THE Part was not put on after I was charged for the labor and part. I have a video of your mechanic ADMITTED that you did not put on the part originally until I argued with you. Fully Exposed! I have the employee you claim never worked for you working on my vehicle at your shop! Know your caught lying again!!
NEVER,...have I EVER ...been able to call up a mechanic shop, ask them if they can get me in right then and them say yes. My alternator went out while I was in town and an hour away from home. I called and spoke with Mike and was told they can put in a new alternator right then. Once I got there, Calvin immediately started working on it and was done within 35 mins. These guys were quick, very nice to deal with and would HIGHLY recommend them. Great people and that's hard to come by nowadays!!!!
