Stopped in for a quick bite to eat! Not many customers at the time! Manger and staff was very nice! Food was good! Prices reasonable! Restaurant from what I saw was clean minus one table that hasn’t been wiped down. Could have been an oversight. Good experience! Would go back!
First time here. Coming in you order your food at the entrance, grab a number, and seat yourself. We came 10mins after they opened. My experience here was truly disappointing. The staff is nice, however the food was disappointing. The portion sizes and price are fair. The flavor and missing items from their menu were not. My friend ordered the jerk chicken bowl which should have come with pineapple salsa but wasn’t cooked nor ready even by the time we left. I ordered the fajita bowl that should have come with refried beans but came with black beans instead. We also ordered strawberry margaritas with sugar on the rim. If you have ever taken a sip of a drink that should have been sugar but is instead salt, it’s horrible. It completely ruined our taste buds. In all, the best tasting item was the queso, which was given to us because they dropped the ball on everything else. The staff did try to make up for the mistakes and that is why I gave them 3 stars. I love trying new places but I would not return here.
Went here for dinner last week. Ordered a taco salad & it was not what I thought it was going to be. The taco salad came in a taco bowl. The bowl was cooked hard so I had to eat my salad with the chips & salad we were given in order to eat the taco salad. We also ordered a jerk chicken which was obscenely spicy. Soon as the jerk chicken touches your tongue you're coughing. Jerk chicken is not habanero/ghost pepper spicy. My Jamaican friends make it all the time & it doesn't have us coughing to the point we're about to choke with tears in our eyes. Couldn't even enjoy the food.
I was very disappointed because so many have said Burrito Gallery was good. And for almost $40 it should hv been better than good.

I’m so thrilled and eager to share how awesome my experience was tonight from start to finish! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I truly personally came here to give our server Ms. India the praise she deserves!! ???? This was actually my first time at Burrito Gallery and I was highly impressed with her warm and welcoming personality and her sense of humor! I am a former server and I look for certain things when I go out and receive service and I must say she exceeded my expectations by far! She is such an amazing server and I will request her again when I have a chance to revisit. She made sure the drinks stayed filled and even gave spot on descriptions about the sauces and things I asked about. Burrito Gallery is truly blessed to have such an amazing young lady working there! I want to personally say to her Thank you for your service it was one of the most memorable experiences I have had at a restaurant. Keep shining beautiful! Keep being so polite and sweet it pays off!! Even on bad days remember who you are Queen!! The manager on duty was also so very pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed every minute!! Thank you for making our experience a great one. We really appreciated that. I will close by saying the staff as a whole made us feel like family. I will be back without a shadow of a doubt.
Friendly, warm and welcoming. Food is good also , had one of the best margaritas since I've been in Jacksonville.
My order was quick & food pleasant. Service was quick and the bar drink was actually really good.
Food was good, my son didn't like that some of the steak and chicken on the Nachos was overcooked. Other than that the food was good. I had a Mango margarita and it was really good. The atmosphere was nice, lots of art on the walls. The service could be more friendly and interactive. We have gave a 7 out of 10 overall.
Yummy food! Went in on a Thursday evening and sat right away outside. Inside was kinda loud since they were having trivia night, looked fun but not our jam. Serves drinks right away. Servers were very attentive and manager was super nice and personable.
