Holy moly, we had no idea the burritos we so huge!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Great service also. Great salsa ang horchata as well!!!
I order a breakfast burrito with sausage, which was good not the best like they say but it was decent. I definitely like the hash brown they had in the burrito crispy not burnt just a nice crunch to when you bite into it. The service itself was good too, it was slow since it was early morning but she was friendly and helpful. The interior was kool, they have a mural of birds at one side and pictures/frames throughout the restaurant. It was clean and they have music playing this particular day they were playing Mexican music. Ill eat again there if I'm around the area, definitely try it.
This place is not bad if you need a quick bite. I ordered a carnitas power burrito and my friend a Carne asada power burrito. There is plenty of cheese and sauce on top of the burrito. Both my friend and I commented mid way through that it was good, but both meats could use some seasoning. I also ordered guacamole, which turned out to be guacamole put in a blender. It was like eating a cream sauce. Don't order it is my recommendation.
For years these guys have failed to communicate a correct order. I have constantly had every order done incorrectly consecutively. Their speaker is so damn loud I swear I’m bleeding from the ear. They don’t repeat your order, you show up to get a specific food and they’re out, and they take for ever. Need to shut this place down already. Make space for someone who cares about actually doing their job and serving.
The food is amazing! My mom, who lives 2 1/2 hours away always wants to get some of their food when she comes to visit. Their rice, beans & salsa is some of the best I’ve EVER had and my family has tried too many to count. I’ve lived all over Southern California throughout my life and Burrito Factory is a gem.
The only negative is if you have a large order, they will (possibly) turn you down. I tried ordering 3 days ahead to get rice, beans & salsa for my family gathering and they said they already have another large order so they won’t be able to accommodate the order of rice & beans. :(
Also, if you go through their drive-through, just a word of caution, they can sometimes be a little slow but that doesn’t bother me because I know they’re cooking everything fresh.
Went here with my best friend loved it
Took my fiancé here she loved it too. It’s great place to have good homemade style burritos.
Confirmed that they use microwave ovens to reheat as the cashier literally warmed my order in front of me without a 2nd thought.
2 stars because it was edible and not rancid.
First and last time I'll be patronizing burrito factory.
Food not bad, but felt more like I was eating a tortilla than a burrito…could be filled more
