They gave people an option to remain inside their Burlington Trailways depot at this location when their tickets were cancelled due to a severe snow storm and for those who had to wait for ten hours before their bus would arrive to pick them up! Thank you so much!

Absolutely horrendous. The receptionist Keneisha who works at night knew that I needed a box for my bike when I can I came in two hours before my expected departure with Jefferson Lines. The bus driver yelled and cursed at me when she showed up late that I needed to have a box for my bike and promptly left me at the bus station at midnight on a Wednesday. She was not wearing a mask and was chain smoking on her stop. Trailways has no website or policy that is written that could ensure me that this was also their policy. Keneisha Murray told me that she has seen Jefferson lines be lenient with some cyclists in the past, so didn’t think it was worth mentioning about the box.
Scariest place in town. Dark, crammed, and outdated.
I wonder why somesone would rate higher than 2 stars; they probably didn't visit the men's bathroom.

The driver was not friendly, rude to riders, and disrespectful.
This was a Akward bus trip he made me an others feel as if we were kids on a school trip.
There was a woman who was on time for boarding an he barely allowed her on the bus, and embarrassed her in front of everyone whom was already boarded.
This is by far the worst traveling experience I’ve ever had. I wish I didn’t have to give any stars because it doesn’t even deserve 1.
Rude over the phone. Like I was doing something wrong just by asking a question... Hopefully I won't get the same treatment in person...
Update: they were courteous in person. I forget who the driver was on the first leg of my trip to KY but he was cool.
Busses are quite nice but some of the employees are quite bad at their job. Driver for a bus was smoking in an area that had been previously labeled by another employee as a no smoking area. Same bus driver is also quite rude with the riders. I have been waiting 45 minutes for the incompetent workers to figure out how to use the wheelchair lift and don’t see myself boarding anytime soon. Try and avoid Burlington railways your next trip.
Good Lord, how does this place stay open! Says all I need to know about the city of Omaha. If you ever wonder how the dregs of society gain employment, just come to this station and look at the employees. Where losers come to die/work.
