In reply: This is not what I was told by the employee who answered your phone. I only agreed to pay because I was assured this would fix my A/C. So, are you stating that if I bring my car back in I will not be charged?

Customer beware! Took my car here to have the AC repaired, cost was over $1,500 and AC still doesn't work. Also, while in their shop, they killed the battery and I had to pay to have it replaced. When I told them the AC still isn't working they said "Well, you can bring it back in and we'll see what we can do." I asked if there would be a charge and if they have a warranty on their work. Their answer; yes, there will be a charge. And my AC most likely broke because of something else. Dishonest.
Don't trust this shop. They will lie about repairs and will always charge you to fix or replace something that doesn't need replacing. This mechanic use to be so good, but something changed, and changed for the worse. Find a new mechanic.
They told me I probably needed a new battery so I assumed they put one in. No, they “fixed” the old one and my car won’t start today. I had a very busy day and now it’s ruined because they refused to just put a new battery in.
Took my car at 7:30 am to get new tires. Told me it would me fixed at noon. And they called me at 11:50. I would definitely recommend this place.
They have taken care of our cars for over 15 years. Great service and reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

I had went to one those places on Louisville ave. to get my tire fixed. But they acted like they didn't have time for the little money...(btw this was the third time I went there and got turned down) so I went to L@L tire which is right across the street. And this guy jumped right on my vehicle and changed my tire for me. And didn't give me the run a round that he couldn't get to me till tomorrow. Thank you L @ L tire
Very professional shop! Dropped my truck off and they did exactly what I needed at a decent price! Will most likely be a return customer!
