Very excited to have Burks on our team! As a small business, success depends on our team of professionals to keep the big wheel turning. Burks does just that! Great communication, timely service, and honest assessments. The owners are very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Prices seem reasonable with professional results. We look forward to relying on Burks for years to come.
I have been using Burks Transmission for many years. I have always had excellent service, friendly attitude, fantastic communication, answers to all of my questions, and an estimate that matches the final bill. I recommend them to all of my friends.
Undoubtedly finding good service businesses today is not easy and often disappointing. Additionally operating a service business today is also not easy, at times very frustrating and finding knowledgeable, capable and dependable employees is not an easy task. Burk's Transmission & Services has done extremely well in this area and obviously work on maintaining good service to their expectations along with their clientele is important to them AND IT SHOWS!
I have been bringing my company fleet buses (Ford E-350 and Ford E-450 chassis) here for the last 2 years, and I have come to trust their reliable service and expertise in repairing issues both mechanical and air conditioning. Glad to have Burks Transmissions here in the area. They have been a great help and I recommend them when friends or family are looking for a good mechanic.
