Olivia was my bartender and she was fantastic ???? The entire staff pictured was very kind and the service was top notch at this place ???? Great burgers and apps, great people and decent brews. My expectations as a first time customer were absolutely blown out of the water - I’ll be back!

Honestly, it is one of the best cheeseburgers in the general pittsburgh area. Fantastic fries and some of the friendliest staff. I wish this place was closer to us. We have stopped here 3 times now. Everything has been way above par. Mac and cheese is also excellent.
We've been eating her nearly since the day it opened but on several recent occasions our food has taken over an hour. I understand that kitchens get backed up but with such a limited menu it's hard to understand.
When we nicely told our waitress we needed to go and feed our toddler, our food was ready but her grilled cheese was hardly cooked. I really don't care about the grilled cheese but our order clearly wasn't coming anytime soon.
Happy to finally try this place out. The service and atmosphere were wonderful, and the fried chicken was out of this world and we were completely unprepared for how good it was! I'll be interested to try more of their tap offering in the future. The burger you see featured in this post is their Maggie's Farm speciality burger, and it was tasty as well! Get the rosemary fries.
Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for food. Place was a complete train wreck on 4/7. We were a large table but every table was waiting at least an hour... even a party of two. I guess you could say the young lady manager was trying her best, but she was in over her head. She should have been coming around tables giving free meals, or at the very, very least - 50% off. I had to approach her to figure out what could be done. I get that things happen, people call in, short staff, yada yada, but unsuspecting patrons paid the price. Burgers are not complicated... the place was half filled and still took move than an hour. Maybe they can get things turned around but for now... definitely avoid this place
This place has really gone downhill. The burgers used to be much larger, but now they serve these Smash burgers that are hardly filling but they still charge the same price (nearly $20 a burger.) The ambiance is tacky and the service is practically nonexistent. Huge disappointment.
Hi, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I visited your restaurant with my family and was unfortunately dissatisfied with the service we received. Despite waiting for over an hour, our food never arrived, and the waitress who took our order never returned to our table. We were very patient, but the lack of attention and communication was unacceptable.
We were quite patient because we understood that there were quite a few people. Literally the place was almost empty and so we waited for more than an hour. We asked the employee who was seating people if he could find out what happened to him with our order. After a few minutes and he told us that the food was going to be ready in 3 minutes. After that we waited 5 minutes and left since we only consumed the water they gave us. I had never left a place in my life, much less hungry, and my children were already falling asleep and complaining that they were hungry. There were people who arrived after us who were eating, they didn't even bring food to my children who were hotdogs. Very disappointing that the waitress never returned after bringing the drinks let alone the manager or any employee. Very disappointed in the experience, after more than an hour of waiting, we stopped and went somewhere else
The situation was particularly disappointing for my children, who were hungry and tired. It was disheartening to see other customers who arrived after us being served their food while we continued to wait. I have never had to leave a restaurant without eating, and I am very disappointed with the experience. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service in the future. One of my favorites. The unique burgers are very cool - the kangaroo burger I had there a few months back was one of the best I've ever had in my life. Rosemary fries are my favorite, and the pickled fried chicken is OUT OF THIS FREAKING WORLD. :)
UPDATE: the new location is a bit trendy but a much bigger space. The food and beers are still as excellent as ever... and get the damn Rosemary Fries and pickle brined fried chicken already!
