Food is alright, biscuits and gravy is amazing. The wait is unbelievably long and so not worth the food. The worst part is always asking for a tip, what's up with that? A tip? How rude to ask each time you use your card. Get rid of that and get the food out at a normal speed. Your wait and tip asking brings your store ratings way down. Tips, ha good one.
Very good food. For fast food can't be beat for quality of ingredients. The burgers are great, the seasonal items are always great,the halibut fish and chips are awesome. Fast food is a misnomer with this one,quality takes time.
Food is good quality but probably priced a little high. Also, you might see this guy just hanging out nearby.
I love this place but they really need to upgrade their fish sandwich. I love the fact that they use local ingredients and cheese in their food, and a nice flaky cut of fish would support that. ...
Thanks for the reply. I do however think that all the restaurants have the problem and that they should be supplied better cuts to begin with. The restaurant in OC is great and this should not fall on them.
Not worth. $50 for two burger meals with WATER as a beverage? I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was offered it as a large basket, so I said sure. $7 upgrade for this small fry in my hand? I understand the ingredients are locally purchased, but there is plenty of dine-in restaurants out there with higher quality food made from local ingredients where it won’t cost $50+ for two burger meals via drive thru. Burger was good, but nothing out of the ordinary, and the portion of the fries was not fair. We went last week, writing this review as I remembered the experience and thought I would leave a comment. Great company and great food, good ambiance and all, but the prices have SKYROCKETED within the last few years and makes it completely not worth.
This place is restaurant quality food, that happens to have a drive-thru. The onion rings were cooked and coated to perfection. I love that they have a seasonal menu with locally sourced products.
Great food. Served up quickly. The order is brought directly to you, even for take out. No condiments or napkins were included in my bag.
Got our order wrong three times for two items. Waited 45 minutes. They were apologetic and gave us our money back and we went home with the wrong food that was not good. We threw it away after we tried to eat it. I hope they can fix their problems, for everyone's sake.
