They served me a hard axx burger patty that’s made noise when you dropped it on the table. A literal burnt hockey puck DO NOT COME HERE also their grease is dirty and gave my friend burnt onion rings
The owner replied I’m a scammer and looking for free food. The food wasn’t FREE I paid $14.96 and the proof of the burnt patty is listed. Also how am I a scammer when that’s you guys wrapping paper and tables that’s closest to the cash register. You served me a burnt patty that I PAID for also reading your other reviews serving burnt items is something you guys do often ever review you get you deny instead of hiring a new cook who cares about you guys reputation and your customers.
The service and atmosphere at BurgerIM were great, but their burgers, while definitely tasty, are much smaller than they appear in the photos at the restaurant. My friend mentioned that they looked like White Castle burgers from Harold and Kumar and I have to agree with him.
Update: The business replied and mentioned that I didn't order their larger burger. Now that I know this is possible and that different sizes are available, I will do so in the future, but I was unaware that there were two sizes to choose from. Now I know! Thank you, BurgerIM.
I have eaten here a handful of times and it is always great. Everyone is always so nice and they have one of those awesome soda machines with a million options that I love! Burgers are delicious as are the seasoned crinkle fries! $14-15 for a full meal is very reasonable to me. A single burger at 5 Guys is like $15… without their soggy fries or drink.
There are a lot of ghetto people in Miami and they are the clearly ones leaving bad reviews for absurd reasons that have nothing to do with the food - don’t listen to them.
Skip this spot – trust the reviews. Tiny, pricey burger, and mine was burnt/toasted. Head to Five Guys nearby for a better experience.
This was the worst place I've ever been in my life. Awful. The attendant was very rude, spoke quietly, didn't seem like she wanted to help. We asked about the size of the fries, available beers... she didn't give proper answers. Had earphones in the entire time.
On top of that, dishonest. We mentioned missing items in our order, she came, saw the food, and claimed she couldn't refund because we had already eaten. A liar! She even came to our table to check. Such a dreadful place; they should close since they don't know how to treat customers and lack any desire to work…
Edit 1: I will respond to your response. The attendant walked to my table and checked the burger; she noticed the absence of bacon but didn't say or do anything, just disappeared. So yes, my boyfriend finished his meal, or did you expect me to wait for some action? Clearly, there wouldn't be any, as you don't seem to care about customers. The refund we wanted was for the bacon, not the entire meal. I paid for an extra bacon add-on and didn't receive bacon. What's fair? Refunding the extra bacon charge.
Edit 2: People who are dishonest and deceitful are destined to fail. It's easy to see that just by looking at the numerous negative reviews you have. Why is it so hard to admit mistakes, apologize, and try to improve?
That's the bare minimum a business should have. It's ridiculous how you handle issues, preferring to make false accusations to try to cover up your own mistakes.
Disgusting. This place should be shut down by the board of health. Nasty owner in flip flops with his dirty scuzzy feet.
EDIT: The owner’s response is false, his feet and flip flops are clearly visible in the photo. Jarred Spitz (or was it Daniel) did not ask nicely, he was very aggressive and rude to the woman sitting at a chair in front of the window to the bakery.
Well I’m not surprised that this place has a low rating at all. I got harassed OUTSIDE. I got Starbucks then went into the amazing French bakery next door. When I came out I sat at a table that’s next to the bakery door and ate some beignets with my Starbucks Frappe. I did this because I’m pregnant and I was calling an Uber. Some random guy came up to me and asked that I not sit there if I was a eating there I showed him that I was eating there with the bag from the bakery, but he said no this table is for the other restaurant pointing at the burger place. The funniest part about this to me is that it was a ghost town absolutely nobody was inside or outside of the restaurant, so I wasn’t inconveniencing them at all. After I told him that I didn’t know he continue to keep talking and going on and on. I simply told him I was done with the conversation and I got up. Just based on my experience alone, I will never be a customer of theirs. I have worked in the restaurant industry, and I know exactly how to handle a situation like that and how it was handled was COMPLETELY inappropriate and unnecessary because I wasn’t bothering anyone nor was I holding up a table that they needed for anyone. And I added a photo of the exact table so that you could see where the confusion could come into play. I don’t see this place lasting much longer.
This place was AMAZING and so were the staff! We are from Michigan on vacation and ended up going here 3 different occasions during the week and every single time ordered different things and EVERYTHING was fresh, hot, and very good!!! Big portions too! How do I add a picture?
