Burger was good, fries and onion rings were fine. I paid $16.77 for this pictured meal. Took this picture after eating one fry. Typically have to throw fries away at burger joints but here, they didn’t give much. I ordered the half and half of fries and onion rings and got three onion rings. Owner and cashier were friendly and accommodating. Gave me a free drink. However, not going to add this place to my return for “cheat meal” list.
It’s okay.
People who says they’re the best probably never had a good burger because the patties are but dry.
It’s priced slightly above fast food and presentation and quality is also slightly above fast food.
Fries are crispy, lightly salted pretty good thickness it’s like a 1/2 inch sides, in between McDonald and Burger King, dimension wise.
They do have the coke mixer machine so that’s a plus.
Review of people who orders burger with bacon and are shock to find they’re not halal is ridiculous though.
Well well well, BurgerIM is nothing like any other joint. They have a pretty exciting range of burgers in the menu. Especially their options with sliders.
I love their Duo Slider box with sides, it's always fresh and juicy just like their classic burgers. Also they have good range of beer and selzers to top it up. This makes them a pretty edgy fast food joint.
I came by two days in a row. Very nice ambiance, amazing cheesiness of the burger was so fulfilling. Service is fantastic, food came out quickly. Very happy w the lettuce wrap option! Great spot to watch games, hang out w friends, or solo dine.
Update: the manager called, stated they are making adjustments based on the review. We did decline a food offer b/c we aren’t financially affected due to Covid, but will give this restaurant another chance in the future :)
During Covid review: cook was NOT wearing mask while cooking! The front desk person lowered her mask to talk to the cook right over someone’s freshly cooked food. The “milkshakes” are f’real milkshakes you can buy at the gas station-derived from bioengineering!!!! (And they cost 2.99 at the gas station btw). Lettuce wrap Greek style burger was disappointing-lettuce didn’t even look fresh-can see the old side on the lettuce, crispy chicken was ok and Angus beef looked flatter than a crepe-tasted slightly burnt. The milkshakes were made “to order” so I had to wait for my pickup order. Food was ready on time. Staff seemed nice. (Btw, this is how the food came, I didn’t smash it or anything)
Awesome food, didn’t take forever to get it to us and the service was second to none! The only down side is paper straws in the shakes lol you may need a spoon! Definitely would recommend!
Best burger in crown ! Very affordable too! Loved it and service was fast, burger was brought to me . Bathroom is clean too
Good burger joint. Their Grilled Chicken sliders are perfect, and the Lamb Burgers are tasty and juicy.
I have only tried them using Groupon. Got the big Family Box for less than $25, pretty good deal. Wings are good, not dry, although a bit small. Fries and Onion Rings are good.
I don't know if I'll get them at regular price, but with Groupon they're a bang for your buck.
