Our visit to BurgerFi was fantastic! We ordered cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, and large fries. The Angus beef in the cheeseburgers was delicious, and the fries were amazing—crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The chicken tenders were tender and flavorful. Overall, it was a great dining experience!
SHAME ON THIS RESTAURANT! I ordered kids menu for my 3 year old child and got a burned tiny meat burger / burned blackened bread with some crusty old rusty burned fries! For $15 plus tip. You guys should be ashamed for sending out a kids menu order the way it came !
Nasty people nasty food
Went in with a friend at 930 the look of attitude and annoyance on their faces was horrible. When we ordered the cashier rolled her eyes. Ignored my friends order request. When she got the order she realized they forgot the drink and fries. She than says oh you didn't order it. The manager came over to try and fix the situation. Once we got back we say down to eat to black rotten fries and watered down drinks. And chicken tenders that were inedible. See attached pics
The staff was amazing, food took 2 seconds and it was warm and delicious! Anthony was super nice and attentive! New favorite Burgerfi
Nice burgers and big portions with fries. Good prices. But the atmosfer was loud and it’s not so clean.
The food used to be good here but I don't know what they did but the "hand cut" fries were almost burnt, the burger was flatter than McDonald's, and the sodas were not only limited, but tasted way off, even the water tasted differently! Never coming back and if you want an actually good burger place, try Fuddruckers, it might be far, and a little more expensive, but it's definitely worth it. As to why I put 2 stars instead of 1, the people who worked there were not too bad.
Anthony, the store manager gave Exceptional customer service. Come here if you want a clean and fast service. Best burgers in town.
Ordering options are to place it at a kiosk or with an employee, a little awkward as it isn't very clear what you need to do. It took a little to get our food, ~10 minutes, for a fast food place it felt like a long time. Burgers were good, fries were just okay...a little soggy. The condiment/drink area was messy, could use a good cleaning. Not looking to go back anytime soon.
