Best WLM Reviews
First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised. The taste of the food was amazing. The burgers were cooked to perfection! However, the price is quite steep for a little (Junior) burger without fries. One has to spend another 6+ buckaroos for fancy fries. We also included a vanilla and strawberry shakes and those were great. Spending 35 bucks on this meal for 2 people... You decide!
I’d post a picture of our delicious food, but we inhaled it. Food was on point, temperature of everything was perfect. Space is clean and the music volume was just right. Sarah at the register went above and beyond to ensure our order was accurate and even brought our food out to the table! We go to BurgerFi whenever we can and the experience is always great but this was exceptional! Please open a location in Mount Dora and hire someone like Sarah!
The crew is attentive and very kind! Logan is a great server. Clean environment with great portions and good food.
Gianna was very sweet taking our order and the food was great a usual. Got the CEO burger with 2 extra patties :D
Not happy at all and a little embarrassed. So we went there and I saw a 15% off sign for students and faculty. As a middle school teacher I assumed that it would apply to me. Unfortunately, the girl behind the counter said it was only for college students and faculty, not for public school. If she was polite about it that would be one thing, but she talked to me like I was worthless. It is hard enough to serve the community as a public school teacher. I didn’t need some kid being rude to me about it.

I followed Justin C’s directions and sent an email on 4/23/2024 to the address That Justin provided., I will update this review once Justin C. responds.
Came to this location with my boyfriend as we love Burgerfi! was able to get our order done with no hassle, but what left a sour taste in my mouth is when i accidentally poured the wrong drink in my cup and requested who i believe to be Alanna, who also took our order, for a new one due to my own mistake and apologized- she proceeded to say “You know you can just wash it out with water” I felt embarrassed and an annoyance for kindly asking for a new cup. Not feeling welcomed by her service, my partner was able to ask her again for me in which i was able to receive a new one. The food was amazing and the beautiful lady who served us made the visit worthwhile again but the cashier seems to need a refresher on hospitality
Not happy with the way I was treated by the person behind the counter. Was using a coupon that required the purchase of regular fries, I wanted to get a LARGE fries and give them MORE money but she refused saying that they would get in trouble if they did. I find it extremely hard to believe that a company wanted less money from a customer. I was also waiting at the counter until her supervisor had to tell her to take my order prior to this encounter. I come here about twice a month, not sure I will in the future. For the amount they charge these days, I expect better
Burgers were delicious and tasted so fresh. The fries are ok, and the custards are good but very rich. The staff was super friendly and patient when we ordered as it was our first time there. Definitely recommend the burgers.
