When grab and go food has truly stepped there game up . With service and flavor . Let’s start with the burger everything about this burger was simply amazing. It was fresh , It was hot , It was tasty & delicious to say the least. The fries paired with it perfectly. Now the milk shake is a must try . Omg my that shake was made with so much love. I drank it slow on purpose. I wanna also talk about the wings which is fairly new to them . Henry did his thing with the flavor of the wings well tossed well flavor well enjoyed .I will definitely say that Jonah recommendations were spot on with everything that we ordered. Henry + Jonah on the shift ????????????????. The outside seating was nice.
Customer service is amazing super attentive. Buegers came out hot and juice. Must try rodeo burger. It’s a spicy burger. So to all my spicy lovers it’s a must try. The kiosk machine is also super easy to understand this place is amazing for hanging out or when you are in a break a need a quick bite to eat
I was craving a burger for the last couple of days and this by far was one of the best tasting burgers. I’ve had in a long time. I also got this order delivered and it was perfect. Everything tasted so amazing thanks to everyone who works here for taking the time to make this amazing tasting food.
Yesterday i received after one hour waiting my order, the meat overcooked, bad service and impersonal treatment for the girl who was giving the bags. I arrived and request my bag the lady turn I saw that my order no was ready but she didn't tell me anything, like not yet ready, you Ned to wait, she don't tell me nothing, after one hour when I tell her again, she give me the bag with the burgers cold and overcooked and hard the meat. I took picture. I don't shopping again ever. Burgers ate many, but the service is what is different, and you guys are the worst. Ahh. The milk shake frozen, I have to request a new one after been there 1 hour.

Ordered through UBER. I got Cold, Burnt fries. Cold hamburger, wrapped in a sweaty paper bag (probably microwaved.) Flat soda. Not helped by Henry, who answered the phone when I called. He blamed the UBER driver for the food being cold! Added some lame excuse for the fries. NO it was the way food was packed. Hamburger was the worst quality geez. Fries probably the bottom of the barrel good enough for delivery…First time, Never again. By the way, I live in the neighborhood! Not far to go.
What a horrible experience for a place that just opened! I ordered for pick up and the first red flag was a HAIR on my burger! Then my husband takes a bite of his burger and the meat is basically RAW when when we asked well done, and then we notice MOLD on the bread. Trust me when I say I will never buy food from this place again.
I was shopping in the Miami Lakes area. I always wanted to try Burgerfi but never got a chance until now! To be honest there were some bad reviews that I believe stemmed from the fact that it was a new location that was understaffed! So, on a quiet Thursday afternoon I placed an order over their app! I was already in the store but I thought I would use the app, there are some benefits! So, I ordered the CEO burger, onion rings & received a large French fry free thru the app! There were about 5 or 6 customers waiting or placing orders. My food, cooked fresh, came out in about 10 minutes. I was asked if I'd like any sauces , at no charge! The burger was juicy, flavorful & cooked medium. The fries & the onion rings were hot & crispy! All in all, outstanding food. Hand-cut fries & onion rings! Tables in & out! Clean restroom! Very pleasant employees! Even a notch above 5 Guys!
