A classic environment restaurant with a very affordable price. This is Burger Town. Everything is delicious and fresh. Drive tru is available if you just want to stop and go. The dining room looks very retro and clean. Fast service with great attention to detail. This is one of my favorite local restaurants and restaurants, especially if I want to eat a hamburger.
Been coming here for years, none of the others "Filippi's" compare! This is byfar the best, coming all the way from Rancho Cucamonga, hour drive.
Great burger joint. The burger pattie didn’t have that true char broil or griddle taste but overall great burger with fixings and fries.
The first thing I noticed was how clean it was! Well done. The selection is great. The food came out hot and tasted good. Burger was not soggy or anything.
I love this place! I’ve been coming for years with my family and some of our favorites are the fried zucchini, turkey burger and regular cheeseburgers. It’s definitely a place to go to if you’re in the Fontana area.
Overall great portions. Food was tasty and served quickly. Customer service was decent, nothing to praise about. Cashier wasn't up to par on what goes in each dish. Restaurant has a 50's diner look with a moderate twist. At every turn of the head, you'll observe something new or overlooked the first time. A fun attraction for children is the toy train in motion on the train tracks above your head. They offer vegetarian options. All dishes are at a reasonable price considering the portion size.
Drive through. I was told it would take an additional 10-15 min just to receive my order of two chocolate milkshakes. I would think this would be a fluke, but literally every single time i come here, in the drive through, it’s a 30 minute event, with less than 2-3 people in line each time. Ridiculous! Not to mention, they charge you almost $2 for a tiny request of sour cream with their breakfast burritos. And i ordered a coke one morning, they didn’t ensure the lid was properly placed, so the entire soda spilled on my lap, and they didn’t offer any napkins until i asked, and then only gave me 1 napkin. Their customer service is horrendous
The staff are always friendly. My order is always complete. The place is clean, not sticky or smelly. They were open to my lettuce wrap option. The bathrooms were clean. The only issue I have is the drive-thru may get congested and there is not a set entry. It's frustrating when you want to back out to leave and you are blocked by another vehicle. ????
