I should never get told a child's burger is microwaved nor should I get a almost flat burnt chicken and the night manager needs to be properly trained
Darker tile on the floor in dining area was quite slippery. Apparently the cleaner leaving a residue that when combined with moisture is nearly as slippery as ice with my hiking boots. Looks clean, just terrible to walk on. I will be surprised if someone does not slip and break something.
I like the atmosphere because they have the trivia teevee. I usually hate the stupid vee but trivia is ok. Tried the hot nuggets.... A++++ they dropped fresh... I imagine wld b pretty gross cold.... But got a good kick to em and saucy-oily on the paper.... Chocolate milk the bomb here.... Rodeo burger good with dropped onion rings but meat pasta did not seem fresh and buns are gross... Worse than elementary School cafeteria.... Employees here always pretty nice.... Boyfriend is a grouchy here .
The associate was rude when asked a question! I called to see if they were the burger King on Blairs ferry rd and in a mean tone she said "that's what I said " I called to ask if their shake machine was working and they hung up! Worst service ever, and don't recommend coming here!
I got the impossible burger and it was burnt to a crisp and had about 1/4 a cup of ketchup on it and tomato slices were the size of large cherry tomatoes and wilted lettuce. I was given wrong drink . I do have to say fries were good, fresh and crispy...but it was over $10 for the meal and not at all worth it.
Just moved back to this area after 4 years. Have visited numerous restaurants on this side of town. Every other one I visited was being run by a bunch of teens more concerned with chatting and having fun then helping customers or being bothered to make orders remotely correctly, then i was hit with massive attitude when i complained my order was completely wrong.
NOT HERE!!!!!!
While there are teens working here, they are motivated to do a good job and provide excellent customer service!!!! After eating here for a few day’s straight with zero problems and perfect orders, they did make a minor mistake and mixed up my order with another. But when i called, they admitted they had given me the wrong order on accident and remembered doing so close to an hr after the fact before i could finish explaining what was wrong!! They were very apologetic, offered numerous ways to remedy the issue, and were very apologetic again once i returned to get my correct order and gave me another fry for the trouble!!
This is how a fast food restaurant should operate, nice caring staff that are genuinely sorry and embarrassed they made a mistake. I will continue going here for a long time.
This is my favorite Burger King to eat at they need to work on the temperature of the burgers. However, they're not always hot. Burgers still not piping hot after months of going here.
Terrible. First off mixed up the order. Had to go back. Husband waited inside for over 10 minutes. A few people ahead of him also mixed up orders. The rest of our food is getting cold in the car waiting. The chicken sandwich was very very extra crispy. Chicken was chewy and dried out. Won't be back.
