Jessica the manager told me to keep my food that I did not order for a whole day and bring it back with the receipt to remake it. I already waited 5 extra minutes after paying for my food so they can make it fresh . They had no other customer at the stop but me . The bacon was brick hard & the hash browns are cold EVEN THOUGH I WAITED . Highly recommend eating at the orange city store !
No greeting customers ???? I had to wait for my food and when I received it not even a sorry for your wait just a Did you order the whopper jr for 5 combo and turn away. I said thank you she didn't respond like it was killing her to bring me my food I paid for never ever going back there. Poor customer service and they are not friendly at all I see why this store doesn't have customers. I hope their manager wasn't working and allowed this to go on. 2:30 PM. And another thing as slow as it was they should have been glad to even have a customer. Now I seen on TV were they are advertising the $5 meal like Wendy's checkers are having but this Burger King on Southside of woodland boulevard by the car wash isn't doing it at this time I understand that it's still fresh and maybe we they won't get it they need to get it they keep them busy cuz they don't do absolutely nothing and still get paid how about that we as a customer should have better service than what we're getting and that BK does not have it a smile a good evening or a good morning is appropriate have a nice day Don't even get that . I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced this at that Burger King. And I am a senior citizen they have no respect.
I received food that was old and way too salty, I wanted to return the food for a refund but they told me no because there wasn’t anyone there to issue me a refund ??? The gave me a receipt and taped a hand written note that says “need refund” and told me to come the next day to get a refund. lol they never gave me the refund because the “manager” said she wasn’t informed. she asked who I spoke to and I didn’t know because nobody had a name tag on. she told me she was too busy to assist me and that I needed to come back AGAIN. terrible service. terrible establishment.
Terrible! We ordered a Whopper and Whopper Jr. at the drive thru. There was only one car ahead of us. After paying, we were directed to pull forward, behind the car that ordered before us. After waiting, the car ahead of us were brought their order. There was no one behind us. We waited for several minutes and finally our order came. We left, drove the 5 minutes to our house. The Whopper I had ordered was cold,there was one core end piece of tomato, only a few onions, and unrelated cheese.
The food was terrible, and the service was awful. Save your money, go home, and make a peanut butter sandwich.
It was 11:45pm and they didnt even attend us at the drive through. We even made sure they saw us and nothing was said even though window clearly says 12am closing. Also the worker working that shift was inside vaping while cleaning out dishes … terrible do not go here I can just imagine this the same care that goes into making our food
Served me old stale fries, undercooked whopper, hard mozzarella sticks, onion rings and chicken nuggets that had dirt particles. Pathetic. Had to be tossed.
Can only take 1 order at a time I'm drive thru then after waiting 5 minutes to take your order then pay and they tell you to pull up and wait again. I know it's lunch time but not that busy. Employees are nice but not very fast. Over 11 minutes in drive thru!!
This was the first, in a very long time that I've been completely satisfied with a bk in DeLand. Service was quick and pleasant, food was hot, fresh, fluffy, and not burnt! Thank you so much! y'all have upped your game. Call your sister location so they can see how it's done ????
