Cashier was very nice and polite. The restaurant, however, was absolutely disgusting. The floors were all sticky, black grime built up in the corners of the lid rack, grime on the lids themselves, counter covered in soda and grime, cold food, out of multiple coke products. We will never come back to this chain again. I can only imagine the state of the kitchen area if they're leaving the public area a disheveled wreck for their guests?

I wish there was a way to give this review negative 1,000 stars.
Came around 1:15pm on a Thursday.
There were two people in front of us. The cashier makes some unintelligible sounds and told the manager she wasn’t taking anymore orders. Everyone in line walked out.
Best I can tell there were atleast 4 combos lost at that moment.
Parking lot empty, 2 cars in the drive thru.
Management in every aspect is lacking here. Would be surprised if this location makes it another calendar year here.
I avoided this location for years because the old crew was too wrapped up in family feuds and dating dramas to do their jobs. That seems to be fixed! Friendly, fast service. And the food was hot and well made! The missing stars are because they were out of all cups except small and half their sauces. That's on the company, not the location. And the dining room had very few clean tables. Plenty of staff. They were putting everyone on serving drive through.
If I was an inspector I would give this store a 47. The floors were sticky from the restrooms on out to the front to order. The counter wasn't too clean either with finger prints and spillage sitting there. They did bring a bucket of sanitizer and sit it on the order counter but they never wiped the counter down.
My wife reported the women's restroom was dirty, sticky floors and NO towels to dry your hands with.
There was plenty of help standing around doing very little they could had started cleaning and sanitizing the place. If we weren't so hungry from being busy all day we would had left. Maybe a 47 is too high of a grade. It's going to be a long time before we go back.
And what is do bad that place used to be spotless now it's a dump. I hope the food will be good or I'll re-edited this review.
Great breakfast! And the bacon double cheeseburger is my favorite fast food burger from here! Beats all others with no close second! They are always fast and hard to beat 2 double croissants for 6 dollars. Also the best breakfast sausage and ham in the fast food category! Thats just my opinion tho
Exceptional service from the only two staff members that were working at the restaurant. Very polite and friendly. Definitely going back again!
The floors were sticky in the lobby all the way to the bathroom (which were out of paper towels)
There was a small blue bucket sitting on the counter; which had the word sanitizer written on it.
The tables were empty but dirty.
Saw 2 ppl standing around playing on their phones.
We did our food in a timely manner ????

I rarely go here and there are a couple reasons. One the service is always terrible. I tried to go there tonight and water to grab just a couple of their new grilled chicken wraps for something quick for dinner. After waiting over 10 minutes in the drive-thru when there was only one vehicle in front of me and two cars in the entire parking lot I backed out and left. The time before that I'm the only one in Burger King they packed my food up in the brown bag set it on the counter where they keep their bags and then walked off and I had to shout for somebody to come up from the back of the damn restaurant to give me my food before it was ice cold. No way in hell I'm ever going back again I will literally slaughter a cow first. There's absolutely no excuse for service to ever be this bad when the damn place is empty.
