Great service but lack luster food. Asked for a coke, got a Dr pepper, not a big deal. Fries were warm, not piping hot with old nuggets. The burger was good. Shake was awesome!
I ordered food for my staff I went in around 1 I ordered 9 Combos all large with shakes, wow the food was hot cheese was melted fries, onion rings, and chicken fries where hot and fresh it took about 15 minutes or so but was told by the manager it all was coming fresh so worth it awesome work, when I was leaving they offered to help me carry out the food. Keep up the good work Debra and Corman keep up the good work. been to the one on Ladera food was good but not hot and fresh but good.

Reason for the 5 star is employee Leticia. Great customer service goes above an beyond. My drive thru orders are always correct. It’s Burger King so the food is hit and miss, thanks Leticia you need a raise.
I always come here for a quick bite, I tend to go through drive thru as it’s a convenience for me and have a great experience with one of the employees who are just a delight! Thank you guys for the great service.

Best burger King experience I ever had. The staff was so friendly and professional. Our order was perfect, nothing missing or wrong items. Our food did take a little longer than usual fast food but that's because it was very fresh, not stale fries sitting there for hours. The electronic menu at the drive through says kids meals come with a toy or treat and the manager made sure we got the treat we asked for, ice cream cones. Very happy with our experience here. It's too bad we were just passing through town because I'd definitely go here again.
Don't bother ordering online. They constantly cancel orders wasting your time and money. Better off going anywhere else in the area.
