Let me tell you why bk has lost my business for life. I had a gift card with a small balance remaining, $3. I checked that balance through their website 10 minutes prior to going. So I decided to go to bk and finish the little balance I had left. Once I get to the counter to pay, my card is declined. They say it has no balance. I knew I had money in it because I just checked before I went, that was entire reason I even went to begin with, to finish the gift card. They continued to say it had no money in it even after entering it manually. Frustrated I double checked my bk app to make sure I wasn’t crazy, I wasn’t. There’s money on it. Turns out you can only use your gift card through the app and you cannot pay the remaining balance with your credit or debit card. You MUST RELOAD the card if the remaining balance does not cover your purchase. That’s so stupid. So I can’t use the entire amount I was gifted through this gift card? My 15 dollar gift card turned into 12. Just let me use my damn remaining balance.

This Burger King is actually pretty good at making Whoppers. Outside of that its hit or miss. I discovered the delicious Whoppers here over a decade ago during summer school and made it a point to comeback every once in awhile. This used to be a major gang hot spot back in the day and got hectic once the kids got out of school as well, but if you can make it over here while it's quiet (or order delivery) you'll be good.

I ordered the new Philly Cheese Kings and a triple Whopper which I haven't had in almost a decade. The prices were ok, one thing I hate about ordering delivery is that you get no deals which is a bummer since the price I paid could've easily been cut in half. The Philly Cheese Kings were awful. They just added cheap melted sharp cheddar cheese (pretty much nacho cheese) and even cheaper caramelized onions to a standard king, ruining the sandwich especially since it already had American cheese slices on it. It just made everything taste awkward as none of the flavors mixed and they definitely failed to capture anything that makes it a "Philly." They could've taken philly steak and grounded it into a patty, but no it's just a standard king without the mayo, lettuce, ketchup, etc.

The Whopper was great as usual. They go out of their way to make sure the cheese is melted perfectly unlike other Burger Kings where they throw on a frozen cheese slice without a care in the world. There were some thick tomatoe slices though which made it even more bulkier.

Overall I'll be back for some more Whoppers! This is one of the few Burger Kings that'll make a Whopper perfect almost everytime!

My meal was hot and fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly.

It appears the establishment has given up on representing BK altogether. The fries that were served had more salt than potato. The temperature was in the 80s on a hot day. The sides were undercooked. Last time I’ll be at this location for sure.

I’ll give this place 2 more yrs ; burger was cold, soda was watered down onion rings looked like sitting in oil

Asked for jalapeños and cheese on both burgers and only got 4 on one.. fine but then I go and eat my onion rings and they are burn and hard.. very disappointed with the whole meal I wish I would of drove the extra couple mins to the other Burger King on Belmont and Elston. Lesson learned.
