This review is to share what an amazing time my daughter (the birthday girl) and all of our guests had at her birthday party at Burger King on Florida Blvd. (right in front of the Amazon distribution center). The management and staff were AMAZING! We happened upon this BK location while stopping for a potty training stop one afternoon and my mom and I were shocked over the cleanliness, brightness, kind employees and awesome (and clean) Playland! Upon talking to the manager and finding out they offered birthday parties in the Playland, I was sold!
The day of the party, I was running around with my head cut off and my husband got there before me. When I called him and told him we were in route with the rest of the decorations, he says ooook... but you may not need them. I was baffled to say the least, but when I walked in I was amazed! They don't "decorate" for everyone, but they loved Madison so much from our visits after our initial one, that they blessed her (and I) tremendously! The manager, Ms. CeCe was incredible and one of her staff members was there decorating with their own personal items and even made a special birthday pin for Madison. The impression they left on me and my family is truly a special one! Every kid got a happy meal and when we cut the cake, they had a cup of BK vanillia ice cream.
We unfortunately always hear the negative reviews or comments on social media, so I knew I HAD to make a POSITIVE one about this Burger King location, it's amazing management and incredible and thoughtful staff! These people went above and beyond and for that, I am eternally thankful and would HIGHLY recommend their restaurant, food and services.
Never looks the same as the menu, always seems like theyve pressed it, for what ever reason. Tastes similar to cheese sausage & egg, and a flattened croissant. This used to be my favorite menu item, but I'd say it's been years since I've had a fluffy (real) croissant with my mediocre sausage and (occasionally still semi frozen ) egg patty.
I cling to the memories of my childhood while the actual product gets worse and worse. I wrote off McDs a while ago, and it's sadly time to let BK go too.... Join you're brethren from Taco Bell, though I'll remember you, I'll make my own croissandwhiches from now own. McDs, Taco Bell, and now BK are trash, I can make cheaper without all the hassles. Time to let nostalgia die, like fast food died years ago.

Waited over 30 minutes for food . I watched 5 people who came after us get their food and when I spoke up the light skin girl with a middle part rolled her eyes and said it was sold already . I asked to who because I been standing in front the counter and she never called my number or gave me my food . So I had to wait for it to be remade her name was Ravenna or something I wasn’t staring at her name tag to long because I was trying to be nice . I work in the food industry as a bartender so I know food and kitchen takes awhile sometimes during a rush but she looked loss and couldn’t keep
Up . She shouldn’t be on front counter by her self . They re made our food but it was wrong
I order a burger just cheese and staked sauce but ig because I spoke up and she thought I was mad which I was aggravated but she keep rolling her eyes at me and staring and they gave me a burger with a whole hand full of jalapeño peppers .. which I didn’t ask for !!! What if I was allergic?! I actually can’t have spicy food due to my surgery but this was the second worst experience I have had here . I asked for a new drink because my grandma order a large cotton candy frozen drink it was melted by the time we got our remake food and she glared at me when I asked for another because mine melted while we waited . Waiting for someone to get back to me so I can share how much peppers were on my burger .
The workers seemed like they may need additional help. They're always trying to assist customers it's just like they're backed up for some reason? I could be wrong but that's the impression I get? Typically my order will be 70/80% correct but unfortunately something will be missing on a consistent basis.
I messed up my coupon purchase but I liked the atmosphere and customer service from this location. I was accommodated on my requests which is sometimes hard to experience these days at fast food franchises. Everyone was Friendly!
Can't never get what you order. I will not visit this location ever again. I ask for jalapeños and get 3. Last week I ask for a sweet tea and got a water down diet coke.
Went to drive through and ordered, got to the window and presented a coupon. Was told that I should have mentioned the coupon when ordering. Was told to drive around and mention the coupon. I’d did that and was told that I should have mentioned the coupon first at the speaker. Then was refused so I just left.
This is horrible service!!!!
What has happened to this place, it is horrible, I don't remember the last time they have had a good working staff. I know good help is hard to find "they say" but has it gotten so bad that you hire in education, lack of respect, no sense of moral or just anything. We have stayed away for a while then thinking just maybe a change had taken place at this location, and then it comes rushing in why do I even try with this place. This time is the last from no ice for your drinks but yet you still offering hot drinks, to why are you even working here if your facial expression says leave me the hell along, not to mention the floor is so sticky like you are also out of water to mop the floors, wait did I mention the homeless man sleeping in your restaurant next to the kids play ground, and the area for the condiments and accessories was just nasty. Who is the owner who is responsible or who just don't give a care. To say it's next to a Raising Cains and now a Starbucks is just a disgrace to them, Amazon workers don't even want them there. Because of the area doesn't mean you serve and look the part, we work in the area to, and we do our part to keep them coming. This Burger King needs to go.
