Ok. Well my previous review was 4 stars. I went here 3 days in a row. All because of T-Mobile Tuesday coupon for a free whopper with minimum $3 order. The first 3 times I went were less than pleasant. The worst of the 3 visits over 2 days was Nov 5th. It was kahos with the employees not seeing anyone's order from the BK app, or door dash. Lot of people waiting to get their orders. They were asking to see people's orders on the phones and they were making them, but not how they wanted (ie toppings or special instructions) that day this place was a 2 at best. But I decided to go back today (Nov 6th) and it was much better. They saw the order and all of our items were made just like orderd. On Nov 5th I was there 25+ mins for a BK App order to be picked up at 720, I stopped keeping track of the time. Today (Nov 6th) I was there maybe 10 mins. It just seems like this place would do much better if it were working with efficiency on high. Today was good, but could have been better. Lobby was clean as you can see from the pictures. I do appreciate the employees trying to keep it together and some of their hustle. My food for the 5th, was the worst. The bun for the whopper was hard and not warmed up, and my other items didn't come like I ordered them. All 3 days (4 times) the whopper wasn't warm. Update 2-08-24: I picked up a online order through the drive through. It took some time, but it came out like ordered.
Wife placed an order on the mobile app and when we arrived in the drive-thru we were told to move up and wait for the order. After 15 mins we needed to use the restroom so we went inside.
We waited another 10 mins and got our order. Once we got the food home we found out there was a bite taken out of the patty! We did nothing to deserve this, even though the person behind the counter was rude I told them it was ok and sat down in a chair and waited patiently.
Will never again trust this location again with the safety of my food!

Idk who was running the drive through at 1:00 pm on May 24 but their customer service is horrible. I find myself always coming to Orange Park to get fast food but Burger King is off my list. I got to the drive thru and she had an attitude for no reason I was simply trying to place my order and I just drove off. If you mad cause you gotta work baby just go home. I’m glad my kids was in the car cause if not it would have been a mess.
I went to this location and the staff were overwhelmed the manager was in the back instead of assisting. I waited there for 10min but no one came to assist. One of the workers that was off and waiting for there ride saw that I had been waiting there for awhile without being helped went to get the manager so she could help at the front counter the manager in turn started being rude and disrespectful to the employee who was only trying to help the customers waiting at the front counter. The employee that helped was named Anthony I just want to say thank you for showing true leadership and taking the initiative to assist all of the customers waiting and pray that the manager be justly reprimanded for there lack of leadership and disrespect towards there staff
We did a mobile order waiting over 40 mins 17 of those minutes were in the store I hate having to go to this location but I have a family member who loves eating at Burger King. No one really in proper uniform customer service does not exist sat in the front of the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came out the bathroom to tell the employee to come help us had there back to us the whole time. 0* every time I come here.
2/11/23-Wrong prices charged in drive through. Drinks not filled and almost all ice. Diet Coke was disgusting and threw it out. Cashier had issue with me servuce dog. Never, ever again, will BK get my money. 2021 visit- Nicely mushed food to the point if not being appetizing. Out of ice quite often. Slow service that doesn't seem too concerned about their clientele. Don't ask questions, they don't bother answering any questions, they just say "anything else?" Just plain out rude every time my son has dragged me here and said they've gotten better. No, they haven't. Go to Whataburger next down the road, they are polite and concerned about customer experience.
Waited 20 minutes in a short line and was told to move forward for “fresh” fries. Was finally handed the bag after we went inside after 30 minutes. Was given only our burgers and they tossed 4 chicken nuggets in the bag. The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place. Please close this location or fire the GM.
