Used to be ok here, No More, We stopped by a few nights ago (7/13/23) and it was definitely amateur night. A bunch of kids screwing around making inappropriate and racial comments. The whopper Junior sandwiches that we ordered were made with the chicken sandwich buns? How do you not know how to make a whopper Junior, it’s the smaller version of their signature sandwich. The buns were way too big and thick, all I tasted was bread. Check out the photos of these ridiculously made burgers. What am I gonna do complain and have these kids mess with my food, I don’t think so, I just won’t come back. The three different soda’s, we tried were all warm and flat, the soda machine had no ice in it and when I asked about it, they said will check it out? Which they never did! So we drank warm flat soda, which tasted awful? The only person that seem to be doing a decent job was the middle-age Latino woman walking around cleaning.
How many times do you have to take the frys back and ask for hot Ones with salt?
It's more then 3. And then you get attitude from The girl working. What you want $15.00 a hour or more but can't do youe job correctly. Expediting for at a fast food restaurant is. Ot a Hard job. Maybe if the manager was a manager and not hanging out with them like a friend. Sad excuse of a restaurant.

HATE the new kiosk ordering! Older folks don't like to use kiosks and love customer service. You MUST ONLY USE KIOSK if paying my card. Employee only takes cash orders. Nope, not me!
HATE when your order a SMALL beverage tgey say medium and charge you $3.69
..I think. It's a scam as the 'small' is now called 'value sized' for $1.29 (estimated) yet its not offered!!!
They need to hire more people to take orders. The manager was on her cell phone instead of helping customers. If you are paying with a card of some sort, you have to use a worn out machine to place your order, and wait forever to actually get your food. Not at all what I would call, "FAST FOOD" and the fries suck.
Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Only had 2 cars in front of me. Insane! Not a single apology for the wait and pretty much shoved my drink and bag of food at me.
Ordered food on the app, the app offered limited lunch during breakfast hours. I pull up and see the lunch menu is on the menu board. The guy goes “we don’t do lunch now but if you want to wait I’ll do it.” I guess he got annoyed when I said I would wait since it was already paid for. When he brings the food to me he smartly was like “for future reference lunch isn’t until 11.” So I explained that it was offered on the app and on the menu at the speaker, and I was getting ready to say that I understood if it was something like a computer error, but he cut me off and dismissed me and said “well you’re not the one that has to make it.” I mean seriously now? So sorry that you had to do your job because of my audacity. I was trying to be understanding and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but your snippy attitude just proves that you were annoyed that you had to do something you didn’t want to do. Well guess what? I had just gotten off of work doing 16 hours of something I didn’t want to either. It’s called a job. You don’t want it? That’s fine. Then quit.
Don't bother using coupons here,they charge you the regular price then they want the coupon. They need a machine to take orders,but want 20 an hour to stand there and talk Spanish to each other.
I've finally found it. The slowest Burger King of all time! 22 minutes waiting in the drive thru for a whopper value meal. If you need to waste time on your lunch break come here.
