We stopped and used the coupon for two Whopper meals. Most of the workers are younger and most of them forget either the no ice or the no sugar drink or the Splenda on the side request. Maybe they should use some paper or a whiteboard. Or maybe the guy taking the order is not making the notes. So service is not as good as it used to be. But the burgers are. Pretty happy with that. The fries were not fresh and hot but we ate them anyway. A lot of times if I get not fresh fries in the Drive-Thru I will go around to the door and make them replace them. It's just what I do because I'm paying for what I expect to get. All in all we will return to the store because my guy likes it. But we always have to triple check the order. And remind them of at least two elements of the order. Oh well.
CHECK YOUR BAGS. This is the second (update: now third) time I’ve gone and both times the orders were incorrect. Today I received an entirely wrong order and unfortunately didn’t realize until I was home. Of that wrong order, the fries weren’t cooked all the way and tasted of raw potato. Staff doesn’t care, seems to actively resent customers at their window.
Update: this is three of three visits that something has gone wrong for my order. I had an in-app offer for a free shake with purchase. Most apps will not allow an offer if they can’t fulfill it. Got to the store, now I’m told they can’t do the shake. Not coming back.
Every time I go to this location they find a way to mess up. You’d think I’d learn my lesson but I always end up just making the same mistakes again and again by ordering from here. Foods always cold and something always missing. As much money as Burger King is charging these days I’d suggest saving a few bucks and going to a sit down restaurant rather than dealing with these clowns.
I would not recommend this place. As soon as you pull into the parking lot you notice the trash and cigarettes butts by the hundreds, and I mean hundreds in the parking places in front of the entry doors. That was enough to raise suspension about the cleanliness of this establishment. Then I walked up and opened the front main entrance door and my suspension was verified . This place is NASTY! Floor area going in had food product all over it not to mention the ketchup that was sprayed all over the door glass and windows. If the visual isn't enough to stop you from entering the smell certainly will. Never made it inside we turned around and walked out but can only imagine what the rest of the place looks like. Place is a dump!
This Burger King is the most ratchet most despicable experience I've ever had. They missed two things on our order half the ingredients of the burger wasn't even there and they were little too friendly if you know what I mean. MY STARVING MOTHER DIDN'T GET HER CHICKEN NUGGETS BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST TOO STUPID TO COMPREHEND WHAT AN ORDER IS. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS RATCHET DISGUSTING VILE PLACE AGAIN.P
I've been coming to this particular BK for roughly about 10 years. It's noticeably declining in all categories; dirty inside, employees just doing enough to get by. Cleanliness even in their person is quite negatively noticeable. Supplies such as condiments, drink machines present waÿs questionable. Then just last week I paid a late night visit, placed my order and drove around to the pick up window. A nice lady hung out the window and we began to chat. I discovered she was the newly appointed GM and she was taking charge and kicking butt. 14 old employees fired in last 2 months. Hired help is hard to find these days, no one wants to work, and proving to be not reliable. I guess there's no answer for that. But I hope she succeeds in this endeaver, as I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened my #1 Combo to find it bustling with fresh lettuce and other condiments. The size was noticeably larger and you could actually taste the charcoal in the meat. Big step up from recently received burgers. Take the ball and run Angela!
The manager Randy super nice is the best customer service in a fast food restaurant have since I move back to Virginia , I be back if he is there
The staff was friendly but the service was very slow. Clean restaurant. The food was good.
