My name is Lisa Jackson and my Husband visited this restaurant . MY HUSBAND ORDERED 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and a frie my husband get home which we stay 2 block from Burger King . this is what we get this is unacceptable the chicken was cooked too hard one pickle no type of sauce on this chicken sandwich. No type of appeal to it at all the chicken sandwiches where Lily burnt so I call spoke with the manager I told her that I was going to bring the food back so she said your order must have got mixed up with somebody else's I thought when you working at restaurant is called order accuracy when I got there the manager never came out to apologize for the inconvenience of me coming up there to replacing an order if you only seen how this chick sandwich was looking . This is not the first time this has happened. And I thought when you working in the food industry you are supposed to wear a hair net not one young lady in this restaurant had on a hair net on hair flying everywhere i Give this Burger King 0 stars
They need to fire who ever was working there at 920 pm at night yesterday date was 02/4/24 they close at 10 pm even tho they updated time says at 12 thats a lie lets start there . Second i pull up to the drive thrue just so they tell me they ran out of food lile how ? Its still not 10 thats so unprofessional . I worked at restaurants before we neever have done that then he clearly says go head with yo order the processed to say we close we ran out i asked what is 926 still and yall ran out hehreplies with his gettho self man f outa here i dont got time for this that guy lazy dossent ddeserv a job worst experience at a drive thrue ever hands down then he called memall sorts of names there was only 2 ppl in there hiding trying to get out early smh thta guy has problems should be fired if he dont ima report it to higher ups .btw few times thye hhve attitudes they should have a responsible mnaager there at all times yall loosingmoney drasticly because ppl giving attitudes aan being un organized .
This was the worst BK I have ever been to. Original Chix Sandwich was cold falling apart. Wet. It was disgusting. No lettuce. Bread was wet. Charged me for extra cheese but put a half a piece on it. No printer Paper, no receipt. Want you to wait behind the pole to reset the timer. This is how businesses don't last in the area...
This is the second time going there and say how I want my food and they mess it up doors are often locked and I have to walk around to the drive thru
Staff was standing on the front line on phones. Service was horrible. She took my order and I’ve notice she didn’t wash her hands before putting my food in the bag. Only one person was in uniform . It was very unprofessional. Food didn’t taste fresh and sprite tasted horrible. And when I asked for ketchup, she gave a nasty attitude saying they didn’t have ketchup. I will not be back .
Ordered off the BK app to come in and pick up... waited 15 minutes for preparation, and burgers weren't even warm by the first bite in the car... smh... they were talking loud and laughing... customer service wasn't good.
Also, I would like to know if hair nets are required? Didn't see any on the dreads that made my food... I'm not going back...ever...
I tried to give this place the benefit of doubt before leaving my review. I've been here only on 3 occasions and each time has let me down some kind of way but last night took the cake. I got a kids meal (they left out the toy and apple sauce) and mozzarella sticks (which were pleasantly warm this time, the last time they were warm outside and damn near frozen on the inside) this was around 9pm by 1am I was vomiting. Me and my kid are here on another occasion and became sick but I didn't put it together then thought it could have been a big he picked from up from school and shared with me, but we are here that day too... this was cold mozzarella sticks day I had an impossible whopper as well and he got all the pieces to his kids meal that time with cold fries!!!!! We waited in drive through forever that day too!!!! Sad we need good businesses in this area with good service and food.
One of many of my favorite go to. Always satisfied with this locations.
