I don’t normally post reviews about fast food joints, but I was happy with my experience here. I was especially happy with the lady that was working the front today. She was really kind and made my 3 year old’s day! I noticed that she was the same with everyone that was coming in to eat. Additionally, the place was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere while I waited for my car to be ready at the auto shop.
Ordered two meals. One was fine. The other one was made with either old or stale bread and the cheese looked like it was sitting out for a while. Completely inedible.
The employees were so friendly. They were so smiley and nice. The food was ready quickly. And when my son took a bite he said, "wow, this is delicious!" It was just a cheeseburger, but it was good!
It was clean and well stocked. I will definitely go back to this location. ????
Had to take off a star due to how long it took, but there was also only 2 people running the store so I blame whoever made the schedule for that. Food was very high quality though.
There seems to be something wrong with the employees here. I waited in line for about 15 minutes while the line grew bigger and bigger and no food was served and no one in the line was talked to. The employees seemed to be slowly shuffling around in the back without speaking to one another. It was like a scene out of Innsmouth. I don't blame them for having trouble speaking to humans if they are in fact corrupted by dagon the fish God.
This Burger King is severely understaffed. Even when there is no line, their orders often take much too long to get out. I work in the connected Walmart, and I see the BK supervisor dump trash in our backroom or use the restroom without washing his hands. He collected fries with his bare hands to serve to customers who had been waiting 10 minutes, and his hands were covered in cleaning chemicals. He has been cleaning the lobby for a ridiculous amount of time whilst his poor singular employee runs the busy register AND food line. ONE person is definitely not enough for that. He could easily save the cleaning for after closing time or when it's less busy. But instead he leaves it to his employee to take care of everything. And I've been waiting here 40+ minutes for my single burger.
Hats off to the employee though. She's always so so sweet and pulling long shifts to take care of cleaning and everything properly.
I come in menu still shows breakfast so I ask for a number 1 croissant that shows on the menu from the start this guy is very rude , anyways he just rudley say here for my order so I say thank you , anyways I didn't even get a number one croissant I got a number one wopper wich wasn't even on the menu , but yeah I still ate but I wasn't gonna talk to that rude guy again gave very negative energy, like I swear everytime I come here all the workers are very unhappy like this place is depressing because of them.
Went here to get the spider verse whopper for the hell of it. Severely understaffed, facilities from the dining room all the way back are in abhorrent condition. I did not feel comfortable eating my food from such an unkempt facility and threw it out promptly upon receiving it.
