The crew at this location is wonderful. I have been coming here for years and they always smile and seen genuinely glad to see my sister and I are back. I don't know the name of the man who always sells me 2 cookies for a dollar but he is wonderful. And Junior showed me how to use my BK app. I just can't say enough about how friendly the crew is. Even the people in the kitchen area wave at us. It's just so nice to be welcomed back.
Every thing in this place is so good, the food was delicious and fresh, the staff were so friendly and nice.
The place was so clean, the tables, the floor and the food trays .the bathroom was so clean.
I enjoyed eating there, I tried new item ( buffalo wrap) was good but small.
Overall one of the best locations of BK
Went there to pick up a quick dinner for my family. #1 the led screen that used to record your order is broken so you can’t check your. #2 I ordered a low carb whopper which (I’ve ordered numerous times from various Burger Kings before including LZ. Well I got home with everyone’s dinner. I got a bun lettuce tomato onions pickles mayo and NO MEAT. I called the store expecting them to apologize for the confusion tell me to come back and get what I ordered instead the guy working there was defensive and insisted LOW
CARB means NO MEAT!!! No matter how I tried to explain it to him he said I WAS WRONG!!! So I’m out my dinner and my
Money!!! Check your orders before you pull out and go home. Oh by the way no receipt. Either but then I didn’t for one.
It has been years since I enjoyed a Whopper®. Last week the opportunity presented itself so I jumped at it. Not surprisingly, that flame broiled deliciousness was just as I remembered. Fries were 'meh' as always but I probably won't wait another ~10 years to have another Whopper®. Super good.

We love this place.
We've been coming here for a long time, and they seem to have very low turnover. The team members really move fast to provide speedy service. And the prices seem very reasonable.
Come visit this Burger King, and you won't be disappointed.
Do not order kids meals from this location. They put a small cup in the bag in place of a toy and then shrug their shoulders when asked about it. A small paper cup ???? ????
We always have such a fun time going through the drive-thru at the Burger King in Lake Zurich. We even got crowned today!! Here is a photo of a beautiful woman inside and out (I apologize for not knowing her name, I will ask next time). She always takes such good care of us and we leave with a smile on our face every time. She even remembers my husband's very specific order and finishes it before I can. Thank you!!
