This is what I recieved when asking for no tomatoes or onions whopper with cheese, and being told to wait 3 mins for fresh spicy chicken with no mayo. Clearly there's no consideration for the customers.
First time going here and the service seemed good, the guy at window told me after ordering that they were out of biscuits for the chicken biscuit I ordered and asked if I wanted to change my order, I explained that it was ok that I would just eat the chicken. After leaving I go to eat my food and this what they gave me. A little bigger then a chicken nugget.
The absolutely worst service I’ve ever had. Going thru the drive-thru, cashier kept getting our order wrong. We asked for 4 Whoppers and vanilla milkshake. Cashier heard 2 Whoppers and a Coke. We repeated the request and we thought she got it right. However, after paying for it, we were told to pull around the front of the store and cashier would bring out the order. Fifteen minutes later and we still didn’t have our order. My son subsequently went inside to find out they were having problems with the milkshake machine. Finally, we got our order and it had fries which we never ordered. Of course, they didn’t give us a receipt so we could check what exactly we paid for. This was our first and last time ever going to this restaurant. ????????????????
Order was correct. No issues while here. Only complaint guy didn't welcome us when we entered, came to register and he looked at us then went back to drive thru, granted we weren't ready to order but he could've at least said let me know when you are ready.....so we stood at register until nice black young lady with blue braces took our order. She was very polite and sweet and manners were perfection!! Otherwise this would've been two stars due to customer service
If I could I would give it zero stars!
For a company that started life in Jacksonville, I would think that they would be top notch, especially in a town where they started in business in.
I have yet to go to one single Burger King in Jacksonville that I would give a single star to.
Always a complete cluster bomb, no matter which one I have been to and don't even bother contacting customer service, they're a joke too.
Supposedly Burger King is about to reinvest a bunch of money back into their restaurants, let's hope that they start by paying more money to employees who actually do the work so maybe the employees will actually show up to work.
They where very slow at the drive thru barely any customers when i got there ordered drove up . say there waiting 20 mins for food . saw 3 or move drive off cause no one was taking anyones orders at drive thru and inside wasn't but 2 people waiting on there food. Not happy at all this store is usually quick in the morning but after 6 very slow this is about the 3rd time this has happened in the last 4 month.
The food I did get was cold.Was told there were no 2 for $10 whoppers but there were big Macs lol and she would put whatever I wanted on it. I told what I wanted on them but I didn't get it because obviously there were no big Macs either lol I got 1 cold whopper instead with soggy lettuce. My son got 1 regular cold cheese burger and 2 cold dollar menu burgers... All for $15.00 and change. The customer service was far from acceptable...we were on that side of town for business after work and had not eaten all day!
I’m not sure if the lady at the front on 12/16/20 was having a bad day or what, but she seemed to have a direct attitude with me from the start. She spoke to me as if we knew each other, proceeding to say “it ain’t got no number on here” with annoyance in her voice referring to the coupon. I was still polite and I am not one to leave reviews but even when I asked for barbecue sauce at the end she felt the need to make it known to me and everyone else how annoyed she was at getting the sauce. I always treat workers with respect as I understand what it’s like and this experience was really gross and uncalled for. No one is asking for 5 star service but if I were anyone else it would’ve been a fight in the Burger King. It doesn’t do anything good to treat people who are being respectful to you like trash.
