I go to this location pretty much once a week for one thing or another. Not only are the prices amazing and really lower than any fast food restaurant in town , but their staff are also AMAZING at THIS location! No matter how there employees days are going they always treat you respectfully and never rush you to order or have attitudes. The employees and establishment are what keeps me going here for sure. On top of the FOOD. They definitely take their time cooking and making sure your order is correct. If they do mess something up, they fix it with no problems or attitudes. Try it out for yourself. ????
We enjoyed the $3 Whopper Wednesday offer. The fries were fresh and hot, but Chicken Nuggets were so so.
Everytime I get my preset as soon as I arrive home I remember to check my food they charge for the condiments but do not add them and this has been going on for a while now no sure if the employees are either lazy or just don’t care gonna start taking my service else where
I went there to get a quick snack because I had to drive around and do stuff. Got some food for a couple of homeless people and their dog that had wonderful manners and didn't look like they were under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The staff was friendly and attentive. It's rare that I go to a fast-food joint but the lettuce and tomato was actually decent.
Made me late for an appointment. If you plan to use the drive through, please allow 30 minutes minimum. Not fast food. Since the line wasn't moving and the window attendant seemed to be spending time chatting with every car, I went around and into the restaurant. The person at the counter explained that they "don't have help until 8:00am". Easy...then don't open earlier. I took my food back to my office. I ordered eggs and hash browns. They were tasty but cold. The lid on my coffee was only set on top of the cup so it spilled all over my car. There were no napkins nor utensils in the bag. Is it any wonder that so many Burger Kings are closing? I won't be back and I recommend you stay away as well.
I paid tin dollars for like something that was smaller then a slider. Realy sucked. Like. Literally my sandwich was just a Lil but bigger than a 50 cent piece what a rip off I'll never have breakfast here agin.
Treat their customers like garbage asked for an id for a $23 order disappointed and dissatisfied food was cold on the inside would not recommend to anyone visiting Santa Fe to endulge in
I have been a regular customer of this location for 2 1/2 years. The customer service and wait time gets worse and worse every time I go. First off nobody greets you when you come in. I made eye contact with multiple employees, and nobody acknowledged me. I watched as your employees had multiple personal conversations while making my food with no sense of urgency. You lost a customer today!
