The management here needs to revamp badly, they short staff the second shift while also screaming at them? I was in this store the other day, and waited forever while listening to some woman scream at her minor employees. Disgraceful.
2 managers working. Some guy has two big bags I assume with his belongings siting on a table. He comes back in from outside and decides to start playing music really load on his phone. Everybody keeps looking at him, music not suitable for the young boy maybe 3 sitting at a table near him. And to top it all off he decides he will start vaping. He was not in there when we sat down he came in afterwards. His table was next to ours and the managers never said a word.
Bought a breakfast bacon king breakfast sand...and got my friend a egg and cheese bis...we got orange juice also...the orange juice was cold and was good...my friend said the egg and cheese bis was ok....not the best she has ever ate but ok...i had never had a breakfast bacon king b4...i was a bit disappointed...first of all it was not very hot...it was kinda lukewarm...and my opinion it was overpriced...it was around 5dol...i did not get 5dols worth of a sandwich....
I tried ordering my meal off that Burger King app for pick up. The workers didn’t know how to do it. Ok , no problem. I tried redeeming the in store free large fry , they didn’t know how to do it. I order the patty melt meal and the burger was darker than normal and had a rubber texture. The fries were great. The night shift lead didn’t even bother trying to help the cashier in finding out how to redeem the free fries. I did still eat most of the meal though. She just swiped her card and took it off the ticket. Upper management should be re-evaluated if they can’t instill proper training to the employees and shift leads.
Yes this is the bus station. Yes it is a rough place at night. But the manager will let you stay and catch the bus and treat you as an equal even though there is people there that are very wild. Good luck with your travels. But the manager is a very nice man. They should make that Burger King a 24 hours considering buses go there 24 hours and people are left outside at night after they closed but like I said that manager on the second shift is about 44 years old I had a few conversations with him, he deserves a raise the stuff that that man went through in one night I can only imagine working in an atmosphere like that fast food and a bus station at the same time. Hey man literally banging on the back door was completely disrespectful because they were closed after hours and spit on the window and treated them all ruthlessly. Still handled it professionally. Just trying to put an honest review of this bus stop/burger King and give credit where it's due. Didn't catch your name sir, but if you read this thanks for treating people with respect no matter their situation. God bless.
I’m a Greyhound driver and I pull up with a bus load of people every time. My passengers are treated with respect and our food is always hot and given in a timely manner. I appreciate Will and his staff who makes sure the restrooms are clean and food is ready to distribute.
Just love there food and very fast drive though time
Real slow drivethrough...and there bad about leaving stuff out of your order...your ticket may show they got it...i have paid for stuff i dident get many times...an ticket will show they got it..most times we find out when we get home..so always check your order
