Took away a star because of the wait time. But I guess that's a busy drive thru for you. The sandwich I get is so messy but omg I swear it's the best spicy chicken sandwich ever!! Actually has a small kick and has sauce! Not just some dry pieces of chicken with 'spices'. Staff is always polite here.
Good people. Long , long line. Food was cool but the order was impeccable. Just I prefer a hot burger. Otherwise I was pleased. Maybe you need more staff on Sunday!!
Burger Kings Food is the best fast food place around. The only complaint that I have is that the staff can make a Burger King a great place to eat at or terrible place to eat at. On 04/02/24 I've ordered a Bacon King and received a Double Whopper made poorly and a delivery pickup with the main burger given to the wrong person. The staff gave my delivery burger to the drive thru and I had to wait for a remake at the Holmes,PA location. Does every fast food place microwave their Burgers or is that just Burger King. I use to go to this Burger King 3 times/ per week but just recently it's been worse with new staff members mixing up the food and giving the wrong food out on day shift on a rainy Tuesday. I go to Burger King 1 time/3 weeks now a days just due to the staff mix ups ain't worth the drama.
I stopped in and ordered A whopper jr meal with cheese lettuce onions and mayo. When I got my food, i noticed it had been microwaved???????? Look at the cheese on the bun , and the bottom bread was soggy, threw it out the window for the birds. The store wasnt busy, I was the only customer inside and only had 2 cars in drive thru.. plus I would have waited for fresh burgers to come up, just communicate with your customers and stop microwaving burgers we can taste the difference????????????????????????
I love Burger Kings whopper and fries. I always get that and a hersheys sundae pie. I don't go inside so I can't judge atmosphere.
They are slow and cocky. My handicapped friend went into the store to order their food and that treated them very badly (like they are handicapped and they don't know what their doing) they treated them as if they were stupid very disrespectful
Bought $40.00 worth of food and I specifically requested for 6 honey mustards. THAT I PAID FOR just to get home and find one pack of zesty sauce in my bag.
My God, this is the slowest serviced BK I’ve ever been to. most of the time the order is wrong but you’ve been waiting so long by this point that you opt to take what they give you rather than deal with more incompetence
