They never have enough people working here, and I ordered an iced coffee last time I was there and it didn't even have any ice in it. And when I tried to get a new one the lady told me "no that they're pre made". I've never heard such stupidity in my life. Not to mention it had the wrong lid on it so you can spill it easier. ????
What happened to "have it your way"?? Now I can't have ice in my iced coffee???? Ridiculous.
The food at this Burger King seems to be the worst.
The fries were good and old and tasted like they were there for a while. The chicken sandwich which is what I always get tastes the same. It tastes old and dried out It's like the food just sits there until somebody comes along and buys it no matter how long it's sat there.
The woman at the front counter was nice and polite so I give them that.
It's just this isn't my first pick on Burger Kings .. The quality of food needs to be better..
The service was great and the food was good and I have never had any issues with this BK.Justa nice clean place to grab a bite and not have to wait.
This location is typically WAY better than most of the other local stores. I've ate at this particular location literally my entire existence and it has ranged from 0-5 *. My mother worked here back in 1985 when I was conceived and her co-workers nicknamed me "whopper Jr." they would also joke and say that "it" happened in the parking lot. ????
Have given this Burger King location several tries to get it right. The food seems like its NEVER freshly made. Sandwiches taste as if they've been sitting for hours.
& oh my, the inside looks VERY nasty, just dirty and is in need a serious deep clean or either an remodel update.
The wait at the drive-thru ALWAYS ridiculously long even though there's NO cars ahead of me that would warrant this extremely long wait.
This Burger King is disgustingly gross all the way around, period! YUCK just YUCKY!
I would not recommend. Save your money! Drive to different location. Run from this place fassst

Today 11=05-19 ordered 3 whoppers with cheese, guess what? Got home , no cheese on our whoppers we paid for. Pics posted and receipt.
Will take survey and maybe call manager. No sense in paying for cheese and we didn't even get it. Tomatoes are green. Come on we didn't order green hard tomatoes. I definitely would not serve customers stuff like this.
Always the best coupons out of all the fast food restaurants. Always good food here. I like going here for fast food I never get bad fries lol that’s so important to me in fast food! Please keep sending good coupons out to customers like you do BK.

Went for breakfast on 4/6/19
Ordered two croissants through drive through and got one biscuit and one croissant. Couldn’t turn around to go back to complain. I have posted a photo of the receipt so maybe you can inform them to double check orders. Also hash rounds need to be made to order they were cold and old? Thanks. Took away one star from earlier review because you should get what you pay for an food should be hot and fresh as least half way.
I need the owner of this store to contact me regarding an accident at their store. They have my information, was told they would contact me and I've heard nothing for days. I urge them to contact me so we can resolve this issue in a timely fashion. Thank you.
They have the sweetheart woman working the drive thru on the mornings she's great and whatever you're paying her, she deserves more.
