The service was amazing. The people were kind and generous. My sister got a free cardboard house, my brother got 4 onion rings on his rodeo burger, my brother got 9 mozz sticks instead of 8. The whopper jr deal is fantastic as well. They are very quick with there service as well.
Food could be healthier for the consumer, it's just not about being fast it's also about the quality, the restaurant is dirty especially behind the counter. The people are jce though and friendly and seems to work hard to serving the customers in a timely manner.
Had a fish sandwich advertised on a long bun but came on a round bun. It was very greasy and tough like it was old and deep fried several times. The best thing about the meal was the soda.
Cant make a chicken sandwich with only lettuce and mayonnaise not once but twice. Getting sick of this place more and more every time i pay for something how id like it to eat. Guess no lunch for me. Thanks for everything bk!!
The bathrooms that they share with the gass station are absolutely disgusting. How can people be okay with leaving poop stains on the seats, toilet paper used, and not used thrown all over. There are trash bins inside of the stalls that have poop and other mysterious things inside of it. ???????? The food was decent. I hope the employees actually wash their hands because I watched a lady who works for Burger King sitting in the corner picking her nose!!! Didn't bother her at all that i watched her. The gentleman who gave me my food was super nice. He cares about his job and makes people happy.
The Indian Manager on nights always makes sure customers request are fulfilled and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. The crew today 7/11/23 around 8pm are the best. These are the people I've had the best experience with so far and have no problem cooking my food cook to order if asked. 5 stars plus!!
Breakfast was good except they put eggs on my croissant which I didn't want but are easy enough to take off. The best were the cookies that were just that perfect crisp but warm and the chocolate chips were still melted! The lady who served us was really nice and that's super important these days when human interaction is becoming less and less because of technology.
Well.. it's fast food.. but this is ridiculous.. nuggets went up to 3 bucks for an 8 piece. I JUST asked IF they were made long ago, I'd like fresh ones.. kid who waited on me.. very friendly ... he was going to have them make fresh ones.. the girl claimed they were "soft" .. get back to the table.. absolutely awful.. dirty.. nuggets are like dried out little bricks ..
I took the nuggets over to the kid who was about to get the trash and he copped an attitude when I tried telling them the nuggets were setting a long @$$ time... I won't be back! It's quick and easy to stop after my 12 hour shift... never again .. everyone (besides the kid at the counter) is acting like they're so exhausted, lazy,. No one could even pretend to be nice! Well . . I got 4 orders.. they literally just replaced ONE of the 4.. I guess I'll have to call back tomorrow.. I want a refund . Do better burger king!
