Passing thru, clean bathrooms, absolutely nobody here at 845pm which is cool, good team working and great service!
8pm, used online pickup option from BK app. Arrived, doors locked, went through drive through. Food was cold, missing 2 ordered items but charged anyway and asked for no tomato on a sandwich but preference wasn't followed. Store would not make it right. Screw this location.
Cashier was VERY sharp and quick even though very young, also offered me options. Fries were fresh and crispy...a pet peeve. Would be 5 stars but lobby drink machine was out of several options, however cashier quickly gave me what I wanted. Also restaurant was spotless.
BK have it your way right? Wrong! Do yourself the utmost favor and avoid this location. Don't want cheese? Too bad, you're getting extra! Made an online order? Too bad, you're getting the wrong order and it'll still be frozen. Burger Circus right here.

I don't know what happened.I normally dont have anything bad to say about this BK, but tonight! It tasted as if someone poured a bucket of salt on my chicken sandwich and then the unsweetened tea I ordered was a sweeteneed tea with lemon! This can kill me or send me into diabetic coma!
I hope this was not childish antic. Because this can lead to murder!
For some time I have been on a quest to get a Burger King Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. One BK after I ordered, told me they only had one at the window and I was forced to either pay full price or take another sandwich. Another location had stale bread. Last night my family went out to eat something different than holiday food. We went to BK and we discovered the lobby was closed. No problem. We got in the drive thru line and waited approximately 14 minutes to place the order. That was fine because the food would be fresh. It tool another 12 minutes to get our food. My wife read back our order to the clerk and he said yes. Since we had two items we pulled around the front to check. The whopper just ketchup was fine. My wife's whopper Jr. was missing. We bypassed the drive thru window and two cars were waiting for there order. After waiting another 10 minutes we got to the window. The clerk simply didn't put it in the bag. I got home and I discovered my Burger King Chicken Parmesan Sandwich had American cheese had American cheese on it. Why is it I cannot find a BK that will take the time to make sure my order is correct instead of surprising me with something I don't eat. After scrapping off the American cheese I lost most of my marinara sauce.
Did a good job making sure everything was neat and in the bag food was nice and hot.
